I stayed with my husband two teenage boys for a night. Excellent choice. Near the mall. The room and pool where all very clean. The breakfast service was beyond our expectations. Maria and all the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Was amazing !

They sold us on the way they did their breakfast ! Safe and still a full breakfast, unlike other hotels we had to stay in during covid time that send you away with a brown bag with an apple, juice and an muffin! Warm full breakfast that was food for hotel! The room was really clean everything outside the room look like it was freshly wipe and sanitized! We will return especially during covid restriction ( we went during phase 1 of restriction)

Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton mall, room was clean, hot breakfast, exceptional customer service. Was travelling with child, and we loved the pool. Covid protocols were in place. Loved it! Thanks

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Customer service is always great. I cannot as for a better hotel especially for the price. Free parking is always a benifit.

My Wife was only worth $75 to the hotel

We we stayed here Feb. 16th/20th. It was a trip from hell from check-in to check out. Here is a list of the following that happened. 1) At check in We were told there’s gonna be an extra charge for our path of $25 per night., total $75 we booked thru hotels.com Nowhere on the Hotel description did it say there was an extra charge so we assume it was free, Otherwise for the price we paid it wasn’t worth us to stay there Especially their neighbour in hotels offered pet friendly for free. 2) Later The first night I called down to book a pool time, And because we had a second room that my son was booked in They wouldn’t let our room book at pool time. Even though the pool was empty at 10:30 in the morning when we wanted to go. 3) Now on our second day we went to do a little bit grocery shopping and when we came back we were told we had to move rooms, So now I’m furious we had all our staff unloaded and all settled into the room and now they’re telling us we have to move because of a leak, so I tell the woman at the front desk who by the way was one of the rudest person I ever seen that I want to be compensated for this inconvenience, After waste an hour of our day arguing, we didn’t have to move. 4) Later on the second night my wife took our small dog out for a dog walk as she got to the front desk, There was four people that were intoxicated staying at the hotel one female and three males, the female told her to get her F...ing dog out of here cuz I will stab you, then proceeded to tell her she would kill her, All this happening right in front of two of the hotel staff. My wife was very shakin up and my kids seen this, So I go down to the front desk and ask them what the hell are they going to do about this, while they let the three males stay at the hotel and the woman came in the back door and stayed with them, because the hotel did not call the police, I called them myself they eventually came and talk to the hotel staff, and the hotel staff offered us $75, it’s a sad shame that I think my wife’s life is only worth $75. 5) On our last day of our stay my wife went to get ice for her water bottle, and there was a dirty used tampon applicator in the ice machine. We have pictures but I don’t want to post them on here if anybody wants to see which I hope they don’t LOL I would gladly share. 6) Lastly They did a pre-authorize On my credit card for the full three days which was $498 and they did 3 different Pre-authorize charges one on every single day and we were there, so they tied up almost $1000 on my credit card, now If I was Relying on my credit card and budgeting in my card They pretty much charged $1000 on my card because as of today it’s still not reversed on my card. I am in charge the room to my credit card i paid debit. Enclosing I just want to say some of these things were out of the hotels hands, but the female staff that we were working there all three days were the most rude people I’ve ever seen, They did not wanna hear anything from us, and I’m gonna be honest we don’t usually complain. There’s only one person I can complement and that is the male staff that work the evening shift he was good and he was very reasonable and tried to help out. I asked those women three days in a row to talk to the manager of the general manager and then stay then told me he wasn’t available. I will make sure everyone hears our story so it doesn’t happen to them. My wife’s life is worth $75 that will forever stay in my mind. I will share my story everywhere I can Facebook is next for me. And I will say this I am reaching out right now in this public forum for the general manager to personally call me, you do have my number. And if you don’t know , ask one of your staff they’ll know exactly who I am.
