Great staff but annoying timeshare pressure all week

This was our second trip to this resort in the past year and we brought some family with us. Like last time we here, the staff at this resort is what makes this resort great! We have been to more upscale resorts in Mexico but the location and staff is what brought us back. That being said, not sure if we will come back due to the constant pressure to attend a timeshare presentation.!! When we say no, leave it at that and leave us alone to enjoy our vacation. Just never stopped all week including the night before we left trying to get us to attend a presentation the next morning before our airport shuttle. Really? That is the biggest negative and may have us look elsewhere on Loreto to stay next time. Also, there should be signs placed at the beach regarding stingrays being in the bay. Five people got stung during the week including my wife. I will have to say the medical treatment at the resort was great and acted quickly which was a plus. Juan took care of us at the beach all week and is always one of our favorite staff members. Bernardo is like a son to us in the lobby and was great seeing him again. We always meet great guests at this resort that we enjoy speaking with during the week.

Spectacular resort with friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Fidel & Choche at the pool. Great service and very friendly. Rafael at casa Mia took excellent care of us. Best drink of Guava Loreto. Spa treatments were amazing and spa is beautiful.
