We normally stay in Fullerton when we go to DIsneyland, but we were able to get a better rate here, so decided to give it a try. The hotel is close enough to the parks that you can walk. Check-in was pretty easy and we were given a room on one of the higher floors overlooking the parks. We were looking forward to watching the fireworks from our room, but they didn't take place the nights we stayed. There is a charge for parking and we didn't have a problem finding a parking place when we would return after going out to dinner/shopping. I'm Bonvoy Titanium for Life and thought it might be nice if the hotel either discounted the parking, or waived the fee, for those at the high levels. We had access to the concierge lounge which offered continental breakfast and evening offerings. We also received two drink coupons per day, which was a nice benefit. We stopped in most evenings for a snack and a glass of wine/beer. We had breakfast one morning, but really wanted hot food. I stopped at the front desk and they gave us coupons to use in the restaurant the following mornings. We did have to stop each day to get another coupon instead of receiving them for the entire stay. A king room wasn't available for our entire stay and I was told we would have to move during our stay if we wanted the king. I opted to just keep the room with two queens and the view of the parks. Room was clean, had a safe, coffeemaker, etc. I was surprised that the hotel does not have a green program where you skip housekeeping and get bonus points as a reward. The bathroom was a bit on the small side. I took advantage of my late check-out and arranged with the front desk for the late check-out time and my keys were reprogrammed. When we returned to the hotel our keys did not work, so I returned to the front desk to get them reprogrammed again. The associate at the desk disappeared to the back with my keys. She was gone for quite some time and I had no idea what the issue was. She finally returned and I asked what the issue was. She said she couldn't reprogram them at the desk. She should have informed me in advance as to what was happening. I asked if they would work to get us out of the parking lot and she said yes. While I was checking out, my husband got the car and was going to meet me out front, but he couldn't get out of the parking lot as the reader didn't recognize his key. The associate at the front desk did something and said it should work, but it didn't. I had to take a key out to my husband so he could get out of the lot. This associate really did try to fix the problem and then compensated me for the problems. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and many restaurants.

good location amidst all frenzy ... same great service expected from the chain .. rooms are cozy though .. a very expensive package if not booked in advance .. ample parking space which is a big deal in the area..

Not bad but check on your reservation

We recently stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the nearby Anaheim Convention Center. We had booked a high floor room with a Disneyland view room to ensure seeing the daily firework show but when we arrived we were given a room on the other side of the building with no acknowledgement of the error. When we reported this we were informed that no “view” rooms were available until the next day unless we would accept smaller beds. No apology and even the next day we were made to wait until after 4pm to change despite previous guests having checked out 3 hours earlier. Having said that, the room we finally got was excellent and well maintained through our stay. The “Club Lounge” for which we had paid access to was nothing special but with a reasonable simple breakfast and evening drinks - just not much space and average seating. Given the poor standard of other nearby hotels we would probably come back if ever in the area but it would not be our first choice.

Quick visit to Disneyland for Rise of the Resistance

I've stayed here on previous trips with my family but never reviewed. The Pros: * Location is close enough to walk (15-20 mins max depending on your speed) * Walgreens and CVS 5 min walk away for water, snacks and the usual * Nicely laid out rooms with central air that's relatively quiet for it's age The Cons: * Can get crowded during peak check-in times * No upgrades for Platinum elite status (three stays so far) The net is that we'd stay here if the prices are in reasonable compared to other hotels i the area.

Upon arival after a 13 hr flight from Sydney. we were able to have early check in at 9am. Our room was ready and i was very grateful as our 3year old was tired and I am 20 weeks pregnant and we just wanted to shower !! Staff were amazing. Facilities in the hotel were great. We were there for a DISNEYLAND vacation. So we ate downstairs at the restaurant for breakfast every morning. Toast and 2 scrambled eggs were $8 USD. Kids pancake (3 large ones) $6 USD. So convenient and really fast service. You are able to charge it back t your room as well. We could eat, go up brush our teeth and head to the parks. A simple 10 min walk along the very lovely street ( most people are walking to Disneyland ) There is a starbucks and small mart on the ground floor and they make ok coffees (to Aussie standards ) Buy day 2 the barista knew my order well !!!! The convenience of the small mart is great. You do walk buy 3 more shops to pick up snacks and supplies for the day as well. A wall greens, a CVS and a smaller shop. Rooms were big enough, with a great 2 way bathroom, so someone can be in the shower while someone else is at the sink getting ready. Lots of storage, large draws and a wardrobe. Hairdryer, mini fridge , coffee machine in room, with free starbucks coffee. Large TV, but most convenient was the balcony . it has 2 sitting chairs and small table and just the ability to have fresh air in the morning getting ready was great !! We had a late check out at 1pm which was perfect for our late night flight as we took it easy on our last day than spent lunch and last minute shopping at downtown DISNEY. There was always fresh water in the Lobby. Pool and ground were lush and nothing like the other budget hotels and motels can offer. Was more than just a bed after a long day at the parks. The hotel (NOT motel) was beautiful. Felt very looked after and cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay at this hotel again for our next Disneyland vacation.
