Stayed at the beautiful Serenity and couldn't have asked for anything more. From the pool, to the food, to the service. Everything was amazing. Our butler, McCarthy, couldn't do enough for us. Can't wait to return. Thank you for making our anniversary special to the staff at Serenity.

We did Serenity for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch. McCarthy was our Butler and gave us above and beyond service. The suites were absolutely stunning with very comfy beds and pillows. The food at the great house was some of the best we’ve ever had in our lives. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Celebrated our honeymoon at Serenity and we could not have been happier with our decision! From the moment we left the airport until the moment we returned, the Serenity staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. To start, our butler Ethan was truly world class. He began our trip by creating an itinerary based off our pre-selected interests. The events/excursions were well spaced and nothing felt crammed. It was refreshing for us to show up to our honeymoon and not need to plan a thing! He was very attentive and was available/accommodating for any requests or changes we needed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and warm personality are second to none, and I think I could speak for anyone who has had the pleasure to meet Ethan when I say that he will be missed dearly after our trip to St. Lucia. He is an excellent butler and an even better friend! Vaniah, Trisha, and Rose with the housekeeping team are amazing. Not only was our room very clean with both morning and turn down services, but they also added multiple fun personal touches with fresh flowers on the bed, inspirational quotes, and towel animals (not joking we kept all of them and could run a zoo of towel animals by our final day in St. Lucia). The entertainment, natural beauty, and island excursions at Serenity and throughout St. Lucia truly speak for themselves. The Piton's, sulfur springs, waterfalls, and stunning beaches to name a few were some of our favorites. Additionally, Serenity goes above and beyond with the lunchtime/dinner entertainment. One of our favorite nights was poolside karaoke with some of the other couples, but other entertainment included events such as: local St. Lucia cooking classes, sushi rolling, starlight serenades, rum tastings, fire breathers, stilt walkers, and so much more! Also, the oceanfront couples massage with Dana was one of the most luxurious experiences - would absolutely recommend. As a couple who values great food and local ingredients, Serenity hits the nail on the head. Chef's Leo, Lucy, Refer and company do a fantastic job. From catching local fish that morning, picking the coconuts prior to service, excellent pairings, and stunning presentation, the food is undoubtedly a highlight of the trip. As a side note, the staff and the selections were very accommodating for gluten free options (always bringing out alternatives with set menus and having great GF bread/desserts!). Wine options were excellent and the cocktails ranged from light/frozen poolside drinks to finer hard liquors. Serenities Bartenders -- Charles, Kevin, and Ray make great drinks and were a joy to get to know throughout our trip (they are also excellent at karaoke!!) General logistics / other information -- We stayed for 9 days, in the plunge pool butler suite (which we still felt was more than enough space with a plunge pool, outdoor mini bar, and hammock). Serenity sits across the street from its parent company (Coconut Bay) which is situated on a 1 mile stretch of beautiful coastline. You have access to all things Coconut Bay while at Serenity (stay @ 1 play @ 2). We really enjoyed walking the beach and eating at the Jerk beachside cafe over at coconut bay. Serenity sets up all of your drivers for excursions and you do not need to plan anything. Would recommend anti-nausea medicines if you get car sick / sea sick as the roads can be a bit windy. Serenity sits 5 minutes away from the airport which is a huge perk after a long day of travel. The temperature in April was consistently between 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit during our stay which made time in the pool and ocean perfect! All in all, we couldn't be happier with our honeymoon at Serenity. We will certainly be returning for all the reasons we mentioned, but above all, it comes down to the fact that the people who make up Serenity are so personable, caring, attentive, and fun to spend time with. They are the heart of what makes this place run and it shines thru in every interaction, no matter how small. Celebrating my husband’s 55th Birthday at Serenity was the best choice we could have ever made. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special and welcomed. Ali, one of the butlers, showed us to our room and she was so friendly and helpful in getting our vacation started. Kert, our assigned butler, did a wonderful job in helping to make it a special celebration. Surprising us with a relaxing bubble bath, scheduling all of our spa and excursion reservations, coordinating a private in suite, six course meal with Chef Refer, who made the best rack of lamb my husband has ever had, and the list of things he did for us could go on an on…but, bottom line, Kert did an amazing, thoughtful job the entire week. The entire staff at Serenity are hands down some of the most friendly, kind people we have ever had the privilege to meet. I’m going to mention some highlights of our trip and recommendations that we have for those planning/researching resorts. I’m doing so at the risk of leaving a special employee out, and for that, I apologize in advance. The food was perfect at every meal, every day, with a wide variety of options. Everything must be cooked with love, because there is no way food can be that good without a love for what you do. Chef Lucy and Chef Refer are very talented, so I know the entire chef staff is as well. I encourage you to NEVER skip the soup course. All of the soups tasted like a warm hug that you didn’t know you needed! My only regret was that I did not try the key lime pie sooner, so I could have had it more often. Tyler, Jemma, Hannah, Sabby and Joela offered kind, warm service at each meal. They made you feel like you were a friend, not just a guest. They are beautiful ladies inside and out and their smiles could light up a room. Kevin, Ray and Charles were always such a pleasure, smiling and making your day feel special, encouraging, but not over powering you to be involved in activities. They have a natural talent to pull people from all age groups, different nationalities, and different stages of life together to make them all feel special and welcomed. It truly was a highlight of our trip wrapping up each evening talking to one of them with fellow guests. Crystal, Clia, Abigail, Kim, Zeir and Tehra were all fantastic at the spa. We highly recommend the cocoa sugar scrub, hot stone massage and couples massage overlooking the water in a private cabana. Patrice, Rosey, Trisha and Christy’s housekeeping was impeccable, timely, everything was stocked daily from towels, to fresh robes if needed, and they started and completed each day with towel animals and words of encouragement. I’d recommend attending the paint and punch activity with Sabby, the wine tasting with Kevin and the sushi making with Chef Lucy- they were all so fun. Also, try not to miss the Rum tasting dinner, it’s a progressive dinner around each pool side cabana, moving from one outstanding course to the next and the Sunday Bar-B-Que Cookout was delicious and fun, as well. The ribs and mac and cheese will not disappoint. Kimberly, one of the butlers that I was able to talk with was so kind and I cannot wait to attend her scrub making class the next time I visit. On our last day, I was able to meet and talk with Chris, the manager of the property. I told him we had enjoyed our stay very much. He thanked me, but then asked me if there was anything I’d like to see enhanced or changed, something that they could work on to make Serenity even better for future guests. I think that question speaks volumes as to how hard the entire group at Serenity works to ensure each guest has an incredible experience. If you are reading this and are on the fence about whether or not to spend your anniversary, birthday, honeymoon or just a much needed get away at Serenity, I encourage you to stop looking and book your trip today- you will not be disappointed in your decision. Holly and I were very impressed with exceptional service and the attentiveness of all the staff. Room service was great, nice variety of choices on the menu and the food was delicious and the preparation exceeded our expectations. We would like to specifically offer our appreciation for the thoughtfulness of housekeeping, especially Patrice and Rosey, decorating our room to celebrate Holly’s special birthday and the for the creative and artistic cake made of towels. Also the little notes left each morning and after turn down each evening.we also like to extend gratitude to your amazing service staff in the Great Room Restaurant. Special shout out to Hanna, Tyler, Ginel and Delon for their always pleasant demeanour and excellent service throughout our entire stay. Also I would like to thank Ray for making my special chocolate milk every day. Jonathan, the coconut man, provided us with his fresh coconut drink to keep us healthy throughout our whole vacation. We shout also like to thank our butlers, Kert ,our main man, and MacGregor for taking excellent care of us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a very relaxing, enjoyable and stress free vacation to consider Serenity at Coconut Bay in the beautiful island of St. Lucia in the Caribbean.
