This was one of the best spa I've ever had. I book wet spa for 2 hours. Lety Valet is FANTASTIC. She can keep clean the facility, Wonderful view and facility. Definitely I want to come back again. Thank you.

OMG - WE HAD THE BEST TIME AT THE POOL. JUAN DE DIOS WAS A COMPLETE JOY!!! JUAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HE ALWAYS GOT OUR ORDER CORRECT NO MATTER WHAT WE ORDERED (FOOD AND DRINKS). OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESORT WAS SPECTACULAR AND I RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANY FAMILY THAT WANTS TO GET AWAY AND ENJOY THE FINER THINGS IN LIFE. EVERYBODY THAT WE MET WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HERE. ALL THE AMENITIES HERE ARE VERY NICE AND EVERYBODY ON STAFF WAS “ON TOP OF IT”. Juan de Dios made our trip so special. Every day in phase two pool he was there with a smile and was the most attentive to our kids and family. Juan is the reason we come back to Hacienda Encantada every time and he makes us feel like family when we visit. Juan is phenomenal and makes us feel so special.

Juan Ramon at the pool patio helped make our trip extra special. He provided fantastic service and he never let our glasses get empty.
