Not worth the money.

Stayed at the memorial drive one before and it was a lot nicer and well kept. This location is kind of a joke. Stayed in room 226, our toilet was loose to the floor, the shower heads sprayed everywhere besides down like they were supposed to because of hard deposits built up in them. If you turned the shower on it would soak the floor outside the door to where you get in and out. Shower randomly went super cold after being hot for 3-4 minutes and had to crank the handle to hot to get it back. Our room wasn’t vacuumed at all when we got in and our bed had hairs on the comforter, but the bed was made. The balcony area had no view which was understandable because there was maintenance going on believe, but nothing on the balcony was clean or wiped, table, chairs, lounge chairs, nothing. Honestly nowhere near worth the amount of money we paid. Would not recommend.

I had meetings in Calgary which carried over to the following day. I wanted to be close to where I had to be, I choose Art Hotel based on positive reviews

The lobby and pool area are unique. I wish I'd known that I could work and eat in the pool area, as I'd prefer that than being alone in my room. Bed & pillows are super comfy and really appreciated the free underground parking!
Wonderful, comfortable, with a "dash" of downtown cool!

I choice Hotel Arts as it was close to where tje core of my business clients are located. I was also attracted to the look of the pool and that it was dog friendly. The pool did not disappoint, very nice and great area to lounge around. The location of Hotel Arts is great, easy to access everything. The room was clean, beds are really comfortable and very nice. All of the staff members that I encountered and/or dealt with were fantastic!

I stayed here for an on-site conference. Comfortable and clean. If you order food, go pick it up and pay for it and you can avoid the gratuity and additional room delivery charge. One note, if you are a pool person, check with the front desk at the beginning of your stay to make sure there are no pool closures due to on-site corporate events
