Bellagio

From making the room reservations to dinning reservations staff was terrific. We needed roll a way beds and got them no problem. Bell service was wonderful. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and polite. I will definitely stay at Bellagio again.

For a somewhat upperclass resort, it's very disappointing. Probably close to half the slots wouldn't accept the players card or weren't working at all, not enough lower limit table games. The rooms are very roomy and nice.

Good location, in middle of the strip. Good quality of sleep, but very old fashioned rooms and awful room service for breakfast. High feeling of the industrial scale of hospitality... Pools are amazing.

Nice rooms. Could be a bit quieter and the A/C system is throttled/controlled by the hotel. Gets too hot every morning at 3am. Casino needs better ventilation as there was a lot of smoke. Overall nice clean rooms.

- Dirty room - Broken living room tv - Broken light switch for living room - Broken tv in guest shower bathroom - Broken steamer is guest shower - Rude dealers - I was brushed off by customer service when I went down the next morning to share all the broken stuff. Said he’d make a note on my account and that was all he could do. Very infuriating. - Broken mirror lights in guest shower bathroom - the coffee pot - I almost puked when it opened - there are still billing issues that need to be resolved that guest service at checkout couldn’t see - the hotel is not allergy sensitive. We have a son with a dairy allergy and there were no allergy options. To pay $170 for food and it’s all pre made and pre cooked like the waiter told us, that is despicable and a chef should be able to accommodate a child with allergies. Dairy allergy is a very common one that a hotel of this caliber should be able to accommodate. And to top it off some wait staff we had didn’t know that eggs aren’t dairy and offered gluten free in stead. Wait staff should understand what allergies are and what is included in them. Diary isn’t hard. Does an egg come from a cow? No. So why would i care about eggs if my kid has a dairy allergy. Bottom line. This stay was awful. We were excited for this part of our trip. But Bellagio severely failed to do the job.
