Keep Looking!

Michael R (Orlando, Florida) on May 04, 2024

The hotel is old and in need of renovation to the lobby and casino area. The casino is very smoky and the machines are tight. The restaurants are WAY overpriced and the fitness center is small, outdated, and several machines were not working. One pool was down and the large pool was crowded and not enough seating available. The location isn't bad, which is why it gets 1 star. At the price point they are at - you can do much better. Consider yourself warned.

It was a so so stay

Randy W on May 04, 2024

Started with not being able use room key very easily in the elevator (sometimes it work sometimes it didn’t and had to go past the floor I was on then come back to the floor). Ran out of hot water and then lost water all together.

Bare minimal

Terri D on May 03, 2024

No hot water for showers, no USB plugs. Very noisy. Elevator would hardly work with card reader. If you stay there, do not expect much.

The fall from glory

John P on May 02, 2024

I am a Caesar Rewards platinum member. I was in town on business at another property and decided to use my rewards to extend my stay with a comp suite. First rewards misspelled my name. I noticed it and messaged support to fix it, they couldn't and said I had to go to the rewards desk to fix it. So 4 days before checkin I went by the desk to get it resolved. It was when the desk first opened and the attendant seemed bothered that I was there. I presented my card and they said they fixed it in their system, I asked if my upcoming reservation was ok and they said I was all good. Fast forward to arrival day. Checkin was at 3:30 I left my other hotel at 10 and went by to drop off my bag. The line was 30+ minutes just for bag drop I asked at the valet and they said this was a short line and at times it went around and outside the drop-off area. When I came back to actually checkin and get my bag it was another 30 minute wait. I then proceeded to use the self checkin option which ultimately failed and waited in line for an hour+ to get checked in. The attendant who helped me was very nice and "forced" the checkin and gave me keys. I went to my room reviewed everything and noticed my meal comps were missing. I then went down to the rewards desk and the young lady was very nice and said everything was correct in their system, however on the hotel side they never updated my reservation with the correct name. So I had to go back to the front desk, so after another hour+ wait I got upfront and the desk was able to change the name on the room now, but they couldn't "find" the meal credits even when I showed them my offer. They sent me back to the rewards desk who ended up calling a host who manually added my credits back. This effectively ruined the first night, so the proceeding days I just used my gambling budget to get comps/status with another property with better service. I will say the suite was nice awesome shower and most of the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but it felt like their hands were tied all the time.

Basic but good stay!

Essextoeverywhere (Buckden, United Kingdom) on May 01, 2024

Basic hotel - we didn’t expect much to be honest. We had one of the older rooms. It had everything we needed and I would definitely stay again. The location is central and staff are all friendly! Rooms are quite noisy from both other rooms in the hotel and from the strip.
