Excellent resort with superior customer service. Florinda, Ana, Cinta, and Alexia were staff that went above and beyond. 5 stars!

We had a very good stay at Pacifica. Our breakfast was definitely a highlight as the food and menu options were good (ala carte menu) but more importantly the service from…Cintia, Alexia, Flor, Anna and Javier. They started our day off with a smile and excellent service.

Edit Cortez made me two wonderful omelets and she was graciously courteous. She is a great employee and has excellent interpersonal skills. The breakfast tasted amazing and her smile was inviting and warm. The entire staff has met my needs and done so with vigor.

The resort is a wonderful retreat! The food is excellent and service superb! Two of my favorite servers at Siempre are Florida and Ana! True professionals who make you feel special! Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a great getaway!

Service was excellent and the staff is extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. The food in all restaurants is amazing. The resort is so pretty and really well maintained. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience and would love to come back. Especially I want to thank Florinda and Ana from the restaurant Siempre, and Edit from the omelette station. They made our mornings even more wonderful with their kind service.
