I really love the hospitality of all the members at the hotel, the food is delicious, the beverages the have. The pools are incredible, and of course the activities they have as bingo, loteria and the enviroment you can feel there you will love it. Dante very good

El Cid Marina Beach Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the stunning beachfront location to the exceptional service and amenities, it provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation. * Beautiful beachfront location with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. * Sparkling pools with waterfalls and hot tubs, perfect for relaxation. * Delicious food at a variety of restaurants, from poolside grills to fine dining. * Friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. * Spacious and well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Mazatlán, El Cid Marina Beach Hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We just returned from a 2 month stay at El Cid Marina. This has been an annual event for the past 8 years and this year topped them all. A beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff. It was tremendously sad getting into the airport transport this year, it felt like we were leaving family behind. Alejandra, in the elite lounge is the epitome of kindness, courtesy and professionalism. While the entire front counter staff are above grade, in particular Alyn and Carlos were a joy to see every day, and made sure our every need was met. Octavio the Gym general is so friendly and knowledgeable, Angel welcomed me to his pub and made sure everything was set for my martini. The entire dining room staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. At the Iguana pool, Jamie (Hi Me) and Ricardo put on miles making sure everyone had whatever they needed. We have an abundance of options for our travel time, but if you're looking for a truly tremendous experience, we'll see you at El Cid Marina in January '25.

Absolutely the best vacation place I’ve ever been too. The luxurious and spacious rooms. The tons of restaurants. The shuttles to other locations. Watching the haul of fish come in and the pelicans being fed. The bed actually had more than two pillows. Yolanda and Manuel in LeMarina made every meal a delight. Antonio for pizza night down on the patio. Emilia for making sure all of our bookings were correct. Dante down at the pool playing fun games. I did one week. Next year it will be two. Thanks for the most amazing vacation ever.

The staff in every department are outstanding and never pass up the opportunity to go the extra mile! Under Armando's leadership, sales staff (Emilia, Rui, Susana, Rosario), Front desk (day and night shifts) Elite Room under the leadership of Alejandra. The Bell boys are always ready to lend a helping hand. The staff at La Marina Restaurant (Jose Luis, Manuel, Jorge, Daniel, Hugo), the entertainment staff at the pool with Dante! The groundskeepers that have a smile and a buenos dias every day! The Terraza with the great live entertainment and of course Antonio! And last but not least Geovanni from room service! Always a happy smile and a good morning! El Cid Marina Beach Hotel is our home away from home! We wouldn't trade it for the world!
