I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and it was very budget friendly hotel. The staff was nice and the water park was great. The breakfast was ok,14.00 for adults and children eats free under 12. The cons due to coronavirus the housekeeper don't clean the rooms. And for me I don't want to be on a vacation and have to clean up my own room.
budget friendly

I stayed at this hotel and the hotel was a nice budget friendly hotel. What I did not like is that due to coronavirus the housekeeper don't clean your room. I was told by management that they could give us towels but we had to clean our on room. I don't no any one who wants to go on vacation and have to clean up there on room. By side that the hotel was ok friendly people and nice food.
The only good thing is the water park.

The ONLY thing going for them is their water park. We booked directly with the hotel’s reservation center. They gave me a GRAND total of $575 for 2 nights. I requested an early check in and a late check out. When I get there they told me I had a remaining balance of $95, when I asked then explained it’s the resort fees and parking, sure fine, not a problem. They should of had better communication. When we arrived at our room after check out I noticed the room wasn’t really cleaned well. There was hardened tooth paste on the sink counter, a piece of someone’s fake eye lash on the door, and food stains on the sofa. I tried calling front desk but no one answered. At this point I’m just ready to enjoy time with my family. I had to ask twice for extra towels. The food at this place is absolutely disgusting, don’t waste your money eating here. Drinks are meh nothing special but pretty expensive however that’s expected it’s a hotel after all. The staff is friendly and the life guards are great. My son had a great time at the pool, water park and the arcade. I wanted to book here because I wasn’t expecting to have to leave, I thought hey there’s food and a bar It’ll be fine, nope! Definitely plan to go out and eat! When the day of check out came, the housekeepers twice came to our door (because of covid they aren’t allowed to service the rooms unless you ask 24 hours in advance also something reservations didn’t inform us about.) we let front desk know but still the housekeepers came back. Poor communication, not really good food, needs improvement in getting rooms ready for guest, and uncomfortable beds. My 8 year old even complained and was ready to go home. It’s a shame because we had a great time at the water park and arcade. I wish we’d want to come back honestly but they need to make serious improvements! My family from Chicago stayed here when they visited last year so I thought why not. However, they really didn’t hang around the hotel like we wanted to.
I will not recommend for anyone to stay here

Walls were dirty, bugs flying around the room, bathroom sink and tub were clogged up, doesn’t look anything like the pics, the water park was ok overall though, front desk service horrible, took housekeeping 2 days to bring us more towels. However it’s located close to everything but so are other hotels.

We stayed overnight with a group of teenage girls for a birthday celebration. The trip did not start well when the woman who checked us into our two adjoining rooms gave us the wrong room numbers. Our key opened the door to a room that was already occupied! It took well over thirty minutes to get that sorted out and into our actual rooms. Once in, we realized that the door between the adjoining rooms wasn't functional. We specifically asked for adjoining rooms so we could pass back and forth; we called down to guest services and the woman said someone would be up immediately. 30-45 minutes later, we called down again and it was another 15-20 minutes before a group of maintenance men showed up. Then took another 20-30 minutes to fix the door. Meanwhile, we couldn't leave the room. None of this needed to happen if the rooms had been kept in working shape and the hotel were better organized. To make matters much, much worse, on top of that, security came to our hallway three times. Once, for a drunk man acting belligerent in the hallway outside the girls' room. Twice for people smoking marijuana outside in the hallway, causing both of our rooms to reek. And, this was our biggest concern. For a "family-friendly" hotel, the amount of marijuana being smoked was incredible. It was EVERYWHERE and smelled horrible. We made it through the night and left in the morning. The evening manager was very dismissive of our concerns, but the day manager was very apologetic and provided a discount (he actually was involved in the removal of the drunk man from the property, so he understood our concerns with traveling with teenage girls). The hotel gets one star for the room itself being acceptable and one star for most of the staff we interacted with at least trying. But, we cannot recommend.
