I was satisfied with how my maintenance fees are being used. The Unit was spacious and clean and the staff was very responsive.Some of the interior design could use refreshing like new window treatments and blinds, new carpet in the bedroom and more modern headboards, but overall these are very nice accommodations.
WORST STAY EVER **TIMESHARE SCAM**

Worse "resort" I've stayed in ever. We have traveled as a family and alone for over 40 years at least 4x a year all over the world. Some of our military deployments were better. Where do I start? Check in was a total mess. No amenities card was given. Wrong size room was given. Offered 2nd side of condo and then never opened it. Was told next day it would be extra. Then told it was booked - NO ONE EVER USED IT. Rooms were so dirty we had clean every surface and the floors. AC couldn't cool the unti below 78`!! We had to remove the intake on the tub to clean out the nasty hair etc. Mold in all bathrooms. Cracks and water damage in ceiling. TVs didn't work. Hot water in 2 sinks didn't work. The curtain blinds kept falling out. Kitchen was not stocked with necessary items to cook simple meals. Dishwasher didn't work. The lights from the pool and basketball in the courtyard made our room brighter then a sunny day 24 hrs a day. No noise control or quiet hours observed/ enforced. Single pane windows magnified noises. Dogs barking constantly. Trash was ripped apart nightly due to no pickup. Walkways and stairs were not maintained clean and safe in the buildings. Kids played ding dong ditch all hours of the night. We called. We stopped by front desk. We sent messages through the app. NOTHING WAS CLEANED OR FIXED. Everthing we were promised as guests was NEVER honored once they knew we were not buying into their scam. The employees all over were to busy on their phones, flirting with each other or talking about guests in their native tongue when approached for anything. It is 2024 and assuming people don't understand you because you speak a non english language is foolish and ignorant. The shocked look on their face when you interupt them in thier dialogue would have been amusing if we were in a differnt situation. **TIMESHARE SCAM. 90 minute "presentation" with complimentary meal was horrendous. The food wasn't fit for animals. The kept us hostage for 5 hours. Everytime we said no and asked to be finished after the 90 min had passed they threatened us with a $500 pentalty. We kindly explained that our 6 kids needed us and it would not be an on the spot decision. They traded out sales people and mangers 6 times in an attenpt to close the sale. Started the pitch at $900 a month and dropped it to $59 a month when we walked out finally. As someone who has been successful in sales for over 28 years I was disgusted with the tactics used. The "owner" units we were shown were immaculate and those buildings were not fully occupied. It was almost like it wasn't part of the same resort. On site restaurant was promising until they charged 20% gratuity 2x on 1 bill. $120 AS A TIP?? I will be checking our AMEX card especially close. ??NO one fixed anything. ??NO one came out even when asked. ??Ever answer was - Well if you were an owner it would be different. ??This room was not free. It had a discount by was priced as much OR more as other local area resorts. They was no monetary benefit staying there with them over any other resort. DON'T DO IT.
