OMG! I had the best time with my friend. Everything was on top! Loved the entertainment! The team was so fun and friendly. We laughed so much! Benjamin and Luis taught me salsa and danced with us everywhere all the time. The rest of the team Maria , Jesus Alejandro, Miriam, Gabo, Luana. I can only say Thank you.

This was our second visit to Seaside Palms and the experience was great. We tend to stick with Karisma resorts as I have celiac disease and it's the most allergy friendly resort chain we have found in Mexico. It is often easier for me to eat here than it is in the US. Luis and Jesus helped us get involved in activities and made our trip so much fun. They are wonderful assets to the resort. The beds are comfortable and our room was very clean. Room service was timely and all of our bartenders were great. Marcello at the swim up bar was so kind and helpful. We will be back!

Once again, a wonderful trip to Seaside Palms. We have been going to this resort since 2011 and love it each and every time. We spent all of our time on the bali beds on the sand in front of the quiet pool. Our rooms were close to everything but it is surprising how many steps accumulate in a day. We didn't attend any entertainment since we ate later in the evening. The food, as usual was one of the highlights of the week we were there. The staff is EXCELLENT!! Here are some names that deserve a shoutout. Lobby: - Claudia Sandwicherie - Martin Gourmet Pub - Alejandro Culinarium -Dianne - Sebastian - Raul - Cassandra - Miguel Corretoros - Janet - Miguel - Maria - Baldido Beach Health Bar - Genny Mia Casa - Eduardo Driftwood - Lorenzo Klay Talay - Emilanio - Nelson Arrecifes - Genny - Ramiros Driver - Emmanuel Mexican Restaurant - Cassandra - Victor - Julian Candlelight Dinner - Jose - Allahandro Seaside Market - Robert One comment about the washrooms......I think it would be wonderful to have at least one stall in each bathroom have a grab bar for those with mobility issues. I noticed that, often, the door handle was loose and I assume that is the result of people using that to help them back to their feet after using the facilities. We were asked waaaaay too many times to go for a membership update. With all the information in a state of flux because of the 'divorce' with Prestige, we did not want to take the time. We have no interest in upgrading since we are Emerald already and only stay in Sapphire rooms since we spend so little time in our rooms. I finally got quite blunt and told them to not ask me again about an update. All in all, a wonderful holiday and we hope to return in the future.
