Great check in with awesome customer service! Beautiful resort. When was it very warm professional and courteous. Early check in and a room upgrade was much appreciated.

We had mistakenly made 3 reservations which would have caused us to have to change rooms, during our 3 day stay. With 2 kids this was something I hoped to avoid. Tim quickly helped us solve our problem, which changed our entire experience. Thanks Tim well done, your act of kindness, made our stay 10X better.
Amazing for Honeymoon

We went for our honeymoon and it was such as great trip. Karina and Ben were in the office and they were wonderful to work with! Karina did everything she could to make the experience amazing and Ben spent every night joking with my husband when we went to the gaming room. It was very enjoyable.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago for my sons birthday. This was our second time staying here and everything was exceptional once again. Anastasia checked us in and she did a great job at informing me of everything going on at the resort. Christopher and Esai from the overnight team also did a great job in helping us with an issue at night. Overall, it was another great stay at the bahia.
