    First time in Aruba and I’m sure there are better hotels but i couldn’t find fault with this one. Yes the rooms are a little dated but serviceable with comfortable beds and clean with fantastic views and at the end of the day your not there to sit in them all day. I found the staff friendly and pleasant although i did find one of the receptionist a bit unhelpful on checkout but it was soon rectified. The food range was decent there was always a fair selection I think even the most fussy eater would find something. Tried a couple of the themed restaurants but found the buffet just as good and the snacks at the bar were tasty. I found the spirits a tad weak the gin mainly but the beer was fine apart from it being served in small cups next time i’ll take my own beaker like the Americans. So in all had an enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stop again.

    Going back to this exceptional resort in 2 weeks! Our 6th time returning!!

    My wife and I are coming back to this resort in 2 weeks for a 2 week stay. This will be our 7th year in a row vacationing here. It CANNOT be beat! We have NEVER experienced any rude bartenders or staff. We always go over Halloween and the pumpkin carving competition is awesome! I have read some complaints from people about they were not brought a drink when they first arrived, are bartenders mind readers? How could they possibly know what you would like to drink at that particular moment. We have met many great couples from around the globe each time we come here. We pretty much come the same time each year, within a week or so, and our very first time here we met an awesome couple from Sweden! They come the same time each year also and we have become awesome friends and look forward to seeing them each year! You can also go to the sister property, The Divi. It is also all included and can be used by Tamarijn guests. By shuttle it is about a 3 minute ride. Also Alahambra Casino is great as well and is a 5 minute ride from the Tamarijn via the shuttle. We would recommend this resort to anyone interested in relaxing and having an AWESOME vacation!! We LOVE The Tamarijn/Divi!!!!!

    Multiple flies at buffet food institutional at best Limited premium liquor Wine from a bag thru machine horrible Overcrowded Run down Was here 9 years ago and it has gone way downhill The noise foul language was deplorable People were way over served The service at restaurants very slow Food was often cold and overcooked

    Wow, what a dream place, great vacation, great food and great people. Well, here it is; upon arrival, you are greeted with a reusable bag and a reusable water bottle (there are several stations throughout the resort to refill your water bottle and ice), this is the only hotel I have been to and I must admit, such a great idea to avoid using the throwable water bottles. The arrival was perfect, no wait, promptly processed and although they have no special event for special anniversary, I did tell the reception and they did prepare a little something for us. They are very attentive to your needs and the place is super clean. Great food and very good drinks. We booked 2 weeks for end of July, beginning of August, 2019. The hotel is close enough to the airport so not too long before you get there. The staff is very nice upon our arrival, a great thank you to our receptionist (sorry I can’t remember her name but she was incredible) as she was more than nice to us, greeting us with a smile and instructions. We then had a cart taking us to our room. Nice clean and big enough for the three of us. Like the site said, oceanfront, extra nice. We then went to the buffet on the first night and ate excellent food with lots of variety. The beach is very nice although a bit rocky on the entry, more like shells and broken coral. However, the place is well kept and clean. They remove the sand at least twice a day from the walking passages (boardwalk and cement walkways). If in need of anything, they are always there to help you or guide you to the proper person or location. We never had any issues to get a chair or palapas, there is a lot available. Activities at night are decent, fun at times but not too much, if you want more, go on the Divi side. We felt very safe on the resort, not being afraid to walk at night on the boardwalk or order a cart to take us to various place on the resort. The only down side is the little shops on the resort, not so friendly, but once you start talking with them, they open up easily. Be aware, if you plan to go on an activity, you must go to the concierge, your agent can not book for you. Buffet was fantastic and you will always find something to your liking, the other restaurants are simply as good although we did not try the Mexican. Some nice mentions for the buffet; Raphael at the pasta and steak bar, always smiling and very nice, Anix at the crepes station, Davvid at Grill buffet (he treated us with Champagne for our anniversary and a special cake), Neelfi waitress at the buffet and Palm grill, Renata also waitress, Clotilde for breakfast omelette station, Olinda waitress and Jack waiter always knows what you want and gives it to you before you even ask..hahaha , also Yelitza, Imelda, Juan-Carlos already with our Cappuccinos , Jasmine and Angela waitresses, all of which provided excellent service. At Ginger, we were served by Juliett, she was very very nice and pleasant. At the Palm grill (we went there 4 times) Arvin treated us like royalty, Jenipher and Marina was always helpful and smiling. We tried the wall rock climbing and it is handled by pros, Donny is always being very careful giving instructions, helping out and suggesting how to proceed. I am probably forgetting several people that made this stay so enjoyable but they all deserve a big thank you. Our room was very clean and done daily by Susana (although we did not speak the same language, we managed to understand each other) and she did a fantastic job. The towel hut was managed by a very friendly person by the name of Elvin, always smiling and super polite with the guests. We saw one couple being nasty with him and he stayed polite and apologetic the whole while. The sunsets are incredible. The food is excellent and weather perfect. Try a trip to Oranjestad for souvenirs and jewelry, well worth but be prepared with some water, it is hot on the island.

    i enjoyed our vacation. Food very average. Buffet compared to Golden Carrel in US. Nothing special. Desserts looked old. Tables for buffet on the outside were not really clean. They were white and had stains. Bleach would help. Restaurants with all inclusive were ok. just ok. Interesting at the Palm where you cook food yourself, choice of meat that you cook yourself. Meat and fish did not look particularly fresh. Served with rice, vegetables, and fries. Wondered why fries with this combination?? Ice cream was served for a dessert choice, a dixie cup with a wooden spoon. Really? I guess I just expected better food for the amount of money we paid. Room was clean.
