The resort is incredible! Luisa from the animation crew is incredible in every way! She made our stay amazing and made us and our kids feel so welcome and she’s just so much fun! A ray of sunshine in paradise!! Freddie and Gerlin were incredible server’s and our butler Wilbert was simply the best! I highly recommend this place!

I Was at the Mirage from April 26-May 3, 2024, absolute favorite resort. First all inclusive for my boyfriend and adamant we stay 2 full weeks next year. I’ve been to several and will definitely return in 2025. From our arrival (we had booked at the elegance and was upgraded to the Mirage due to the resort overbooking). ALL staff was very friendly and eager to make our vacation the best. Yordy was our butler and was good, David whom was my host last year at the Breatheless and now at the Mirage helped out also DAVID IS AMAZING. Orlando and Hot Chocalote are amazing so refreshing first thing in the morning they kept us updated with activities and made sure we were enjoying ourselves they are truly top notch. Jonathan in the steakhouse was amazing ! We had the roof top and was not impressed on our last 2 days when the rain was pouring water ran down the steps into our room and caused flooding. The resort is absolutely beautiful, food was delicious and exceptional for all inclusive. The only con I would say was that there wasn’t much entertainment during the day at the pool, the pool area was pretty lame most days but the crew on the beach Orlando and Hot Chocolate was amazing! We will definitely be returning in 2025!

Having recently returned from an amazing two week vacation at the beautiful Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana DR, we would like to take this opportunity to give a big “Shout Out” and thanks to Elena, Yeimi, Yelitza, Raul, Juan, Carlos and all the wonderful Majestic Staff. Everyone was friendly and we were always greeted with a big smile and “Hola”. We have been going to the Majestic Resorts since 2009 and the friendly people are a big reason we keep returning. The beach, pools and common areas are impeccably clean and the gardening crew keep the grounds and foliage well manicured. If there is any seaweed on the beach it is always cleaned early in the AM. Alexander and his team do a fantastic job on keeping all pools in pristine condition. Even though the resort was at near capacity we never had a problem finding a Bali bed and loungers at our favourite pool and it never felt crowded. We did have the opportunity to eat at all a la carte restaurants (except Kabuki) and found the service and food top notch. The buffet continues to be a favourite with some great food choices on theme nights and, of course, the dessert bar is always a favourite of mine. A big thanks to all the restaurant staff who are to numerous to mention by name and to the hostesses Naomi, AnnaMarie, Dorgas, Olga and Nicole. Jocelyn, from housekeeping, did a fantastic job of keeping our room spotless and well stocked with towels and toiletries and the daily towel art was always quite impressive. Junior Morena was our butler and he made sure our vacation was as stress free as possible. He arranged any dinner or spa reservation, luggage pickup, airport transfer and even a 5AM room service breakfast on check out day. If anything unexpected came up, he was always just a message away on WhatsApp. Over the years we have gotten to know Junior as a friend and we truly admire his work ethic and respect he has foe everyone. He has an uncanny ability to make things happen and his kindness never goes unnoticed. Junior has become a true friend and we look forward to seeing him on our next visit to the Majestic family in November.

My wife and I travelled around the world since 20 years, but every spring time is spent in Caraibes to relaxe. We will start by stating that our stay (10 days) at the Majestic Mirage was absolutely perfect. Of course, it was not our first stay (went there many times), but it is always the same, means perfect. Normally, we had always some points about potential improvements (other past resorts), but for this hotel, not at all (again). Everywhere is beautiful (day and night), well maintain, quiet, well organized, including the hotel beach which is very attractive. A lot of chairs at the beach and at the pool. Everything (rooms, pools, beach, lobby and others) is cleaned and well maintain on a daily basis. The food (buffet) is excellent with a lot of choices. Restaurants 'a la carte' are also excellent. Special adult area (the club lounge) is good to relax and have a small lunch during the day. We enjoyed the lunch hour at the Seaside restaurant. Night shows were very plaisant, coffee shop, gym, spa, beach party. The most important was the staff. In fact, from the beginning to the end, everyone was nice, polite, smiling and always asking if everything was ok. People at the reception (first day arrival) were polite and well organized. Staff at restaurants and bars were dedicated and polite. Our designated Butler 'De Leon' who was really fantastic, positive, devoted and proactive vis-a-vis our requests and questions. We were always satisfied. Each day, he wanted to know if everything was OK. It was more than easy to contact him. In summary, this resort is exceptional. If you want to relaxe, really have good time, interface with a professional staff and have a perfect service, it is the resort to go. Alain and Maryse

Rainery Pilauco was great person to meet while on the resort. Very professional greeting us with a smile every morning. The resort is beautiful the staff is very professional. Our butler Ed was excellent . He contacted us everyday makes sure our experience was great
