Destination Wedding! Our Butlers - Alexis & Jessy went ABOVE & BEYOND to make our trip awesome! Special service, special dinners. They truly are the best! Susie Wedding Planner and photographers did an outstanding job. Guillermo @ Zen best Hibatchi performance ever, Donovan Manager @ Zen, Chel @ Frida, Erick @ Zen, Nestor Bartender, Tacho & Jesus @ Pool - best service, friendliest. This was the best trip to Cancun Hard Rock after our many trips there.

What a stress free relaxing week. Our butlers Jessy and Alexis really spoiled us and made our experience exceptional. Wonderful week.

Our butlers AB and Gerkyl were wonderful and able to do everything we asked, I could not have been more satisfied, they made our trip very special. I would like to add that the entertainment staff at this resort is fabulous and also the best out of all the resorts. We had a presidential suite and another room for 6 ladies to enjoy a week of rest and relaxation, Hard Rock Cancún delivered the best vacation, including the food and staff at the pool. We will return for another vacation. I do have one criticism, and I have to say it is the same at every resort, Ciao, the food is great, but the service always seems to be very slow, and we have to ask for things often. Hard Rock, Rocks!!!!

Arrogant.. we done need you.. too many resorts to visit. Next time treat people with respect and act like you are glad they considered your resort when planning their vacation

Jessy and Alexis were great! They were able to help us celebrate our anniversaries and my birthday with amazing service and little surprises for us, from chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals, balloons, chocolate cake with candles and aroma therapy every night as well!
