Awesome experience at Hard Rock Cancun!!

This was our first time in Cancun and it was one of the best trip we had. We had Rock Royalty room. Check-in was smooth. Chrystian from Guest service was very helpful explaining everything. He is wonderful person as he took care of our speciall need for food. We are pure vegetarian and dont eat eggs as so they made some Indian Vegetarian food for us and Gregory from excutive chef has made really good food for us.very clean hotel and beach was fantastic with blue water. Good entertainment all day long. All the staff are very nice and polite. Room was very good. Our concierge staff were the best. Hiroshi, Jose, Victoria and Isla all took care of us very well. (VERY NICE PEOPLE). We are very sure we will come back again soon. Thank you Hard Rock !!!!!!
Good family hotel

Family trip with seven, grandparents included. Legendary members booking one Rock Royalty and a family suite. The service is great, Had butlers Jessy and Manuel that were amazing. Super responsive and very caring. As always the people are the best part. We used the spa, gym, and ate at all of the restaurants. Zen was not open yet, so we did miss some variety. Loved location of the Rock Royalty on the 3rd floor, downside is noise. The theme is Hard Rock with Turn it Up on everything, but after a week that rock and roll lifestyle is not for me ;). It was loud. Music always and everywhere and at night there are several party situations that are just loud. Noise wound down at reasonable times, always before midnight. But personal preference is not for that every night.
