Good not great - May 2025

We’ve had 6 trips to Cancun and Mayan Riviera over last 20 years. The Hard Rock is decent but not outstanding. Highs: Location Food was OK, not tremendous Service generally good to great Lows: Building age and maintenance. Feels like an old hotel that was minimally refurbished and rebranded. Not a huge food selection Louder than I prefer - music everywhere Have mostly been to Palace Resorts in the past, which I feel were higher quality for about same money.
