    As the heading says, west wing facilities are not up to par with the other areas of the hotel. Hotel shower had mold...I can do 3 stars any day...I can't do dirty. This is the MGM, come on guys. That aside, quickly and without hesitation I was moved to the grand tower when I told the front desk. Water drain and flush can be heard in both rooms (10 times as more on the west wing).

    This was a get away long weekend for hubby and me. Room was comfy and quiet. Service at bell desk was excellent and friendly. Breakfast at Avenue Cafe was delicious. I do miss the Old movie theme, though.

    Don't book through hotels. Com if you have a large group. Registration terrible with larger groups

    We have a reunion with 12 people and ordered with executive queen suites which gives you an extra sectional couch that can be used as a bed. We did this on hotels com so there is only one person who can register and check in for the room. You have to call hotels. Com to change it but these front desk folks will be confused. The rooms were fine and cleaning service is great. Check out is at 11 am and they won't extend easily. They won't give you rooms on the same floor also easily unless you can and spend time on the phone a lot. We were lucky to have one person who did the sweet talkkng that took a long time to get us on the same floor with 3 rooms The service personnel are great like the bell desk and cleaning. It is just the registration process is annoying. Thankfully the checkout is a breezev with express check-out. Beds are comfortable. They have is extra comforter but no coffee machine. The tea is 6 USD in Starbucks and I are the most expensive banana at 2.,50 USD. The bathroom in the suite has a shower and tub separated. It has double sinks but water pressure is not great. Overall a decent place. The MGM buffet is not worth the 32.50 USD and not egg eating vegetarians will be disappointed even with the Indian and Mexican food. The hotel casino is active and they had the15 USD min which was high. If I do it again I may spend 50 to 100 more to experience the Bellagio for a reunion tyoe of event. Overall it was fine.

    Stayed at the MGM Grand, Grand Tower Room facing the strip for 2 nights. I really liked this hotel because it had everything I needed and was still close to everything on the strip. I would definitely come back but really looking forward to trying out other properties.

    The location is good, travel to and from hotel is nice. The only down fall is the mobile check in, it is a waste of time and still have to stayed in line. Other than that it is a great place. Will be staying here again.
