Amazing hotel, big and beautiful. We had a room overlooking the pools with a great view. The room was fabulous and super clean. Housekeeping were great and I loved how they arranged my toiletries for me. All the food offerings were great and there are so many of them. We saw Kylie at Voltaire, which was fantastic and the venue is cute and intimate. Be aware of the smoking rules throughout the hotel, you can smoke on the casino floor but not anywhere else. The pools are warm and clean and have a great vibe, The only reason I have given a 4 stars and not 5 was check out, Victoria on reception did not offer the usual American welcoming hospitality that you usually get and was stand offish to my partner when he queried the bill which was wrong, a shame as it put a taint on what was a great few days.

This is a very nice place. The suite and staff were exemplary. The reason for the "Average" rating is all because of my mornings. I like coffee the minute I wake up. But you have to order it from room service so there is a 30-40 minute wait. I would much rather stay in a cheaper hotel that has coffee in the room, or at least a microwave. Because when I did order coffee I got a small pot for $40 -$35 plus $5 tip. But I had to drink it right away before it got cold. If it got cold there was no possible way to warm it up. I knew it was expensive and didn't mind the $40, I just hated the fact that I couldn't lounge around and drink my coffee in a relaxed manner. Who the hell wants coffee that you have to drink right NOW if you want it hot? Ruined my mornings.

Like being in a different world. Spacious clean & comfy rooms. Excellent and helpful staff. H7ge variety of places to eat for every budget. You never have to leave property and would still have a great Vegas vacation. Highly recommend Venetian.

The hotel is an awesome property. It is beautiful. The front desk agent that checked me in was very welcoming and was very informative. Two things that kept this from being a perfect 5 - the process to get from self parking to the garage is ridiculously long. I do appreciate the added security at the elevator entrances, it made us feel very secure and confident that riff raff would not make their way to our floor. I would also note that I don’t agree with the property charging for parking. It is charging a resort fee and a high rate. Vegas has existed for decades without charging people for parking. The pandemic is over let’s get back to normal and not make this the new normal.

The Venetian never disappoints! Always super clean, upscale and gorgeous. Great room cleaning staff and the waiter at the G rand Lux was superb with a table of 10. Highly recommend!
