Perfect for a family holiday!

Celebrated my Father in Law's 80th birthday in Orlando over Christmas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were "okay" - definitely need updating. But we didn't spend much time in the rooms so really didn't matter. The hotel is lovely, the heated pool amazing, and the waterslides so much fun! There's a very convenient and free shuttle to Disney which made life so easy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we can't wait to go back again.
Great for a convention

I did not stay at this resort, but attended a three day convention here. This is a large hotel with, what appeared most people attending conventions. I wouldn’t consider it a family place since it appears to be geared towards large conventions and conferences. The food prices are crazy expensive. The staff in the convention halls are amazing. They were constantly going around cleaning, replacing water bottles and keeping everything in order. I couldn’t believe how large the conference rooms were. They were beautiful, well kept and with all the people there, it didn’t feel crowded. Great place for a conference, but I wouldn’t vacation there
