Following several complaints about the state of the pool area and the pool through the App as it doesn't seem financially sound to have people on the ground to witness your issues. Some days the keys would just stop working for the room door so of I would go to the premium reception to be met buy someone telling me I couldn't have a new key as they had no records of my stay, so a second person came across after seeing me getting upset and found my details in minutes and handing me a new key. When questioned about the first person's attitude I was told its sorted now thank you. As we paid a premium for everything I was expecting people to check the wrist bands around the pool our the restaurant but this only happened at the pool bar when a certain gentleman was working but when he had time off it was a free for all. So Christmas day I woke with blood on my pillow from an ear infection I can only guess came from the pool, after returning I was emailed 5 months later to say it's not TUIs fault or the hotel as there H&S isn't as good as the UK. I give in I could rant for ever but I would give this place a wide birth.

If something made our stay at Impressive fun, it was Gasolina and Capucino?? Their energy and their effort to make everyone laugh, engage, and stand up to play some games or do some dancing was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend coming here and having some fun with everyone at the beach.

The animators at impressive hotel were great and charismatic. Gasolina and capucnio were great, and they got the crowd going. Great people. Thank you for the amazing time! I definitely recommend this for fun family and group time!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for everything! The food, drinks and environment was amazing. The beach and pool was so clean. This is our second time going to the Impressive Premium, it feels like home! Our butler Wilbher Avila was amazing and helpful and Molina the breakfast supervisor was super nice. All the staff was awesome! Can’t wait to go back!
