Great hotel, love Caro!
Rai K (Los Angeles, California) on May 01, 2024
I’ve stayed here quite a few times over the past few years. Around 3-4 times a year for the past 4 years. My stay has always started off with a friendly welcome, most recently from Caro. She’s been the one to check me and my coworkers in on my last few stays. I love seeing her because she is always so positive and happy and really sets the tone for the stay. The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues. It’s also pretty quiet so I’ve been able to get restful sleep - which is rare. I appreciate the water bottles provided on the desk and that the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. My mom will sometime come to stay with me even though she lives on the island and enjoys that it’s like a mini vacation for her. The pool area just updated their towel system so you just have to scan your room keycard to get one. The pool is always pretty busy but it’s only a few minutes walk to get over to the beach. The ABC store is right across the street too, so you can pick up some snacks along the way.
More like a Motel 6, substandard
FruGlo (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) on Apr 27, 2024
This was like staying in a Motel 6. The rooms are old and I had a view of the parking lot and the garbage area. Thankfully I only had to stay here one night. Anything more would have been depressing. Find somewhere else to stay.
