Horrible experience! They actually recycled my HH number and assigned it to someone else. After I showed them the email proving that the number was mine, they told me that there is nothing they could do. Also, not able to get missing receipt after calling multiple times. If you want to protect your identity, avoid HILTON at all cost!

A perfectly good hotel and ideally situated for a overnight stay in Victoria! Staff were very welcoming, and the rooms well appointed with coffee and water provided! When we arrived, the coffee maker was not working but the staff quickly rectified it within 30 minutes! There was construction in the local area, but that did not really affect us, I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I am fortunate enough to visit Victoria!
