Can’t believe I needed to pay for parking, it should be included in the price. Check in time is 4pm, which is very late, and check out time is 11am. Good location, walking distance to parliament.

I was surprised there was not a microwave. Other than that, the room was very nice comfortable. I definitely will plan on coming back again. The view From the balcony was great.

This hotel offered a great location and very little else. We were celebrating our engagement at this hotel and despite alerting them to this the week previous, absolutely nothing (not even a friendly congratulations at check in) was done to make the stay special. I struggled to book amenities for the room before we arrived, the furniture in the room seemed quite dated and we overlooked a parking lot, there were no porters to assist us with our bags when we arrived (Saturday afternoon), and the check in took 25 minutes. When I was struggling with heartburn in the middle of the night my fiancee went to inquire about antacids but was told we'd need to pay $18 for a bottle of Pepto Bismol. I wouldn't expect a hotel of this quality to be price gouging customers for a necessary item in the middle of the night. Upon check out, we again did not receive any assistance with our bags or a friendly check out. The location of this hotel can't be beat but with many budget friendly options nearby, I would suggest looking elsewhere as we certainly didn't feel we got any value from this hotel.

If you have a kids or you just want a quiet relaxing time in you room, make sure the room is not directly above the banquet rooms as the music is playing loud and the base is up until 10pm. After that it is turn down a bit. It would have been nice to been informed at the time of check in. In future keep this in mind.

The Hotel Grand Pacific is the perfect stay in Victoria. It not only has lovely rooms but the location is one of the best in the harbour.
