Overall, I had a great experience. My room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The resort campus is huge and really clean, and there is so much to do, and everything is conveniently located - I even made a visit to the onsite medical clinic for what I thought was an eye infection, so that was super convenient. The food can be on the pricy side, so plan ahead. I stopped by the store on my way and picked up a few snacks. The staff is professional and friendly. All in all, I had a terrific time and will return.

Baha mar was insanely gorgeous, but the prices were outlandish and I’m from New York City. Sorry but I won’t be back.

I came with my friends for a birthday trip. Ebony G at the front desk made our trip so special for my friend she sent strawberries to our room. We checkin into our room early and we had the perfect ocean view. The water park was awesome and the best steak at Carna. We will come again next year May.

Hermis saved me! I had a last minute issue and he was there to create a solution for me that kept me from missing my awards banquet ceremony. Can’t recommend him enough. A true class act!! :)

The stay was great until we received our bill. We took a cab to and from the resort. We paid the cab cash to and from the hotel. We noticed that we got a charge for transportation that we did not take from the airport for arrival. We notified the hotel on the night before when we noticed the charge. They said they would send an email to the company In the morning . They claimed it was probably a left over charge from the guests who stayed in the room before us. We brought the charge up again to the check out. They removed the charge. However, a week later we found the charge back on the credit card. Calling them from the U.S. is an international charge. We will not stay there again. Watch out for charges to your bill.
