Very nice and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay fun entertainment. Every night was a different show. The pools has good music. The beach was nice and clean. Service at the beach was very good. Always asking if we were good.

Booked a 4-night with 2 other couples to celebrate my 50th birthday, I was so excited for this trip and it did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend Breathless! The resort is immaculate, lots of restaurants to choose from, lots of activities and entertainment on site, beautiful spa, two great pools, and a lovely beach. We had full oceanview rooms that were wonderful. Now, there were a few hiccups… they sent birthday treats to the wrong room and despite my friends telling 3 different people it was not rectified, our building had a plumbing issue and there was no hot water one night, and the transportation that was scheduled for the complimentary tequila tasting and shopping tour was not ideal as it was an older van with insufficient AC and 12 adults packed in! The entertainment team was awesome, particularly Nicole, Munciel, Julianna and Elkin. Lucien was the best server and chef Julio killed with the hibachi service. Karla was so kind and helpful with questions and Xavier was the absolute best with our check-in and departure assistance.

Amazing service & food, however this isn’t a place for relaxing all day. Entertainment and music is very very loud and heard across the resort, even in rooms. If you want to party, with great service and gorgeous food it’s perfect. Don’t go thinking you will relax in peace and quiet without high quality ear defenders, it’s constant.

We love this resort. We upgraded to the Exhale club and the swim out room. But what sets this resort apart is their staff. Consistently everywhere we went the staff blew us away. Exhale bar Guillermo and Hector always made our drinks enjoyable. Juan Carlos by the large hot tub pool always could sense when our drinks needed a refill. He could not have been more attentive. Gabriella at the coffee nook was amazing. I always got the orders for my group multiple times a morning. She always made sure the orders were perfect. Pascal at the Spoon each morning would see us coming and would push tables together. He was so great and fun. The specialty restaurants were all great. But went back to the Pan Asian 3 times. Our waiters were great but Beatrice and Pamela at the door made us feel special. Probably because we went back so many different times. The last night we were there the Chef came out to make sure we were enjoying it. Samuel put together a tequila tasting which we got invited to. He was very knowledgeable and excited about what he does. We enjoyed the tasting very much. Xavier. He gave us great advice on how to get into town. He knew the taxi driver by name which made us feel safe. The driver waited for us and drove us back to the resort after we were done. Xavier added so much to our experience. He discovered that we didn't know the proper way to drink mezcal. He took time out of his busy schedule to work with the bar to MAKE SURE we got to experience mezcal the way it should be. Thank you Xavier! We now have a new appreciation and a very positive experience with mezcal. Lastly the concierge took care of all of our needs. Irma and George were great! Thank you for a fantastic trip!

Staff was excellent, food was amazing, very clean and fun! Lots of entertainment. Only down is the beach isn’t as nice but the entertainment and pool parties makeup for it!
