Love the Luxor, my second home

The Luxor is my home away from home. I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas and have been since I was a child. My first home was the Monte Carlo but in the process of it changing we found the Luxor to be just as amazing and accommodating. My son loves the ESports Arena, they have great shows and food, and it is central to the trio of hotels. I can always get help when I need it and enjoy how it feels homey but also Las Vegas uppity.
Outdated, dirty, smells funky.

Generally not a great casino or hotel. Room reeked of wet dog and cigarettes. Carpet throughout hotel lobby and casino was visibly dirty and had chunks of dust all over. Check in wait was well over an hour from 4pm til 2am

Room was well equipped, nice size bathroom and great shower, nice TV although the reception was poor. Digital phone app with the digital locks was hard to use and didn't work well first, second .. etc., time. My room was immediately outside the exhaust fans and was extremely noisy. Loved the online check-in and check-out procedure. Didn't interact with anyone. Room very clean and comfortable other than the noise.

Bonvoy members be warned; there is no mention of a resort fee while reserving. Will not being doing this again.
Unclean room/non working elevators

The whole time there was 1 working elevator. They would "fix" a broken elevator just for it to break down again. Wait times were horribly long. Upon arrival the room was not clean and smelled.
