I don't know where to start, but I can only say that The Pool is filthy. It seems like the owners of Hedo are more concerned about their profits than their guests' health. I went to Hedonism in March for my birthday expecting to have a great time but I caught a very contagious bacteria by going in the pool. As soon as I returned to the United States I had to go see a dermatologist who took a biopsy of the rash behind my armpit. This bacteria and fungus were eating away at my skin until my doctor prescribed Mupirocin Ointment, Econazole Nitrate Cream, Clotrimazole, and Betamethasone cream to treat these rashes. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that this pool be drained deep Cleaned and Sanitized regularly. There is no reason for the owners and staff to cut corners and not take the cleanliness of the pools seriously. This is a very serious health hazard that needs to be addressed ASAP. There are Multiple pools on the property that can be utilized by the guests but for some reason, everyone is being forced to congregate in that nasty filthy full of germs and bacteria cesspool and Hot Tub on the naked side. I went to Desire Pearl and Desire RM, there are times each day when the pools and hot tubs are closed for CLEANING but not at the same time so it doesn't interrupt anyone's vacation but the pools get cleaned every day. CLEAN POOLS BEFORE YOU GET A LAWSUIT

Our 17th trip in 20 years and we will be back again this Fall! Nothing marches the vibe of this place. It is an older resort but upgrades are always in progress and look great. There are so many fantastic staff members that it is difficult to remember everyone's name. Special thank you to Marlene, Chantel, Alicia, Nicole, Darren, the entertainment crew and everyone behind the scenes! Things that would make our stay better I would say is the mattress is why I can never again stay longer than 7 days. I had tremendous hip pain after the first two nights. I have learned to bring inflatable pillows because 4 pillows is all you will ever get. Security needs to learn consistency. I have seen sunburnt guests with nothing but a sheer t shirt on get yelled at for trying to keep from burning further. The next breath, they ignore fully dressed people at the bar ordering drinks on the nude side. I have no issue with people needing to wear a shirt with a sunburn and I do feel the rules need to be adjusted for compassion. As long as they are nude from the waist down, leave the sunburnt guests alone! Worry more about the working girls dressed as they are heading to the nightclub at one in the afternoon that are hanging out on the nude side. I watched a man obviously using his cellphone at the nude pool and NOTHING was said to him anytime the security woman walked by. I was not impressed. Enough negatives. The food and service was wonderful. The room was spotless. Towels were never in a shortage like back in the day. It is the staff and how well they treat us as guests that make this a reason to keep coming back.

First time there and it was awesome. I didn’t realize it was casual swingers week when I booked it. I was nervous when I realized 90% of the people there were swingers. There was zero pressure, completely left alone. It was great. Highlites: nude pool was a blast, glow party was a blast, the atmosphere, the staff, food, the gym is huge, playroom, hedo hut, I could list more for sure. I had never gone anywhere like this and thought being nude would be an issue. Heck no, everyone was naked and no one cared or even bothered looking at each other. It’s simply a great time at a great place. 10 of 10 for sure. I’ll be back there again.

The resort and staff are wonderful, but the Kama Sutra Palace staff (Amy, Adriana, Candy, and the other name I forgot) was what made our trip. We learned so much in the free classes and having the couples' tantric massage. My husband and I have been married for 32 years and left more in love with eachother and with a better understanding of erotic love.

6th time to visit. Yet another flawless vacay! We always book jacuzzi room and it’s always worth the extra money. Much respect for the staff who makes everything look easy. In our opinion, Hedo is much better than any of the cancun competing resorts. See you again soon!
