Excellent hotel!

First time visiting a Hyatt and not the last one, for sure! The staff was incredible welcoming, they solved all our doubts and were always very kind. When I travel again, I will definitely look at staying at another Hyatt hoping each one is the same as this one :)

Hyatt House gives a family everything they need on a trip to disney. Breakfast in the morning - Check, Walking Distance - Check, Friendly Staff - Check!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect. Hot tub at the end of each day was most enjoyable.
Best place for Disneyland trip with family

The location is pretty closed to disneyland. Hotel near walgreen, so you can buy a water or anything else that you need for your stay. Also they have a disney souvenir which is way cheaper than inside the disneyland, great for gift. This hotel also provide a great breakfast, perfect to start your disney trip!
Hyatt House cold shower

Hyatt dropped the ball on this stay. First, the shower was cold and lacking volume. When I mentioned it at the desk, the clerk entered a maintenance request. The next day, the shower didn't work at all. Again, a clerk entered a maintenance request. The following day, as we were checking out, I saw a plumber's work cart up the hall from our room. I surmise the whole floor was having plumbing problems that were not addressed in a timely fashion.
