Everything was always clean and fresh, staff was friendly and always willing to help. The pool and beach were magnificent.
Outrageous laundry policy

I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it and have booked again to go later this month. In order to figure out how much in the way of clothes I need to take, I asked the hotel to provide information about laundry. They don't have any machines that guests can use and flatly refuse to disclose laundry charges, saying that the charges will be available in the room. What are they trying to hide? Perhaps all these negative reviews of this hotel are trying to tell me something.

The best place for vacations , great foods excellent people, good entertainment all day, different sport places and differents restaurants and security. Close to the airport. It's the perfect place for a great vacation.
Beautiful place but really poor services and but food

But very but actitud with every single personal services and staff in general. Is a shame if you think about this hotel because in others parts of the world this isn't like that.

Great resort for the family. Something for everyone. We tried to do it all. We liked most of it. We had some issues with the room, but I’m sure most rooms are better than what we ended up with.
