The seasons restaurant

We ate at the seasons steakhouse. Pedro was an exceptional waiter. So polite, fast, and attentive. We’d definitely come back for the food here!

The entertainment staff was great! Emanuel, Danny, and Izel were always fun to be around and make you laugh. Beautiful views! Food and drinks are hit or miss. I love the Hibachi resturant best. The pool is hard to get a spot if you dont go super early. But overall I enjoyed my stay

Excellent service! From Alicia,Leslie and Ed at the front desk through the restaurants "woop woop" Diego at the pool service was amazing! Room cleaning was excellent! All the event staff were high energy and very friendly. I highly recommend this property! 7 nights 2 sunburns and a lifetime of memories! Thank you Sandos Cancun!
Not Luxury

Travelled to lots of resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. I’ll not be back to this one. The rooms are dark, small and not well maintained. There are not enough spots around the pools, and little shade. Front desk staff seem more annoyed than helpful. (Other staff, including in the restaurants are great, mind you.) Wish I could have given a positive report. I’m not a complainer (and yes, I realize that’s what complainers say).

Leslie at the front desk was so nice! We had a great time here at Sandos Cancun. The entertainment team was also great and made our stay so much fun! Bartenders at bar one were excellent !
