The best stay

Amazing property, views, kind staff. Thoughtfulness was factored into the layout of the Andaz. Very relaxing and allows you to experience many elements that draw you to Maui...even when you're there for work.

Glad to be back!

After 4 years of being away my family and I were able to make our way back to this wonderful paradise away from home. I booked two standard double queen beds using points. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was upgraded to the ocean view rooms on the 6th floor. The valet staff is super fast and friendly greeting us with hawaiian leis, flowers for the women and rocks for the men. As you walk down the corridor of the open courtyard you have lily ponds on the left and right. The lobby is one of the main attractions of this hotel, a spacious area that is facing the ocean as you walk to the guard rail you are greeted with the most breathtaking views Maui has to offer. The front desk staff was very professional and attentive, making sure the checking process was quick and painless. The rooms were well kept each having a small balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The shower has strong water pressure. The room comes with snacks that are replenished every day such as Maui chips and Hawaiian drinks the root beer is my favorite I was also given a thank you bag For being a globalist, which had some delicious snacks in it that my dad enjoyed. The rooms have blackout shades which are controlled automatically from the center of the bed so getting out well rest was no problem at all. Food and Beverages: My family look forward to the breakfast at Ka’ana kitchen. It was a buffet style with lots of options. They had fried rice, stir fry noodles, miso soup, and then assorted breakfast pastries like pancakes, waffles that changed every day. My favorite is the drink selection. They have over five or six different pressed juices. My go to was the pineapple turmeric. They also have made to order omelettes. The hot sauce selection is also a huge plus in my book. Make sure you ask for them. Included amenities with the Hotel resort fee: My brothers and I we did the free stand up paddle board and kayak tour which was about 30 minutes each and it was really nice. You could do it each day so it was good exercise, we got to see some sea turtles. The gym has everything you would need to have a great workout. They also had yoga and Pilates. All in all this resort is amazing and definitely should be on your list to try. This is my second time here. I’m sure if all goes well. We will be back.

Everything about our vacation at the Andaz was on point! The resort is the perfect size to explore, while not feeling overwhelmed. We enjoyed access to the beachfront and walking trails along Wailea. The property is well maintained and the rooms well appointed, especially after being upgraded to a suite. We loved every moment of our stay and will certainly be back!
