Amazing time at the grand palladium resort, just wanna give thanks to the staff and specifically Stephen miles from the bar team he made the best drinks. Overall my stay at her was an experience I’ll never forget. Definitely coming back and thanks to the bar team and the dinning room team! Big up we will definitely be back.

We recently returned from 9 days at grand palladium lady Hamilton and stayed in a romance villa suite, the suite was nice loved the outdoor shower and the view was ocean view , the only thing we didn’t like was how far away from the restaurants we were, their are shuttles but we would have liked too be closer too things. The food was excellent we never had a bad meal and lots of selection we really loved the steak house the filet mignon was cooked too perfection, the buffet was good too. The pool is huge and so well maintained their are 3 different beach areas all offering something different we really liked the choice and we switched a different one every few day. We found the resort really clean and very well maintained the gardeners work hard too keep it nice and they are also so friendly . Now the main reason I enjoyed it here it’s the staff I’ve stayed at several resort’s throughout Jamaica and have never had such a beautiful experience as we did here. Every staff member was so friendly and just made our time here so much better they have such a great attitude and i hope the management treats them well because it’s because of your employees your resort is thriving and if travelling too this resort please tip the working wage. Is not a lot and tips can make the difference I would recommend this resort too others it had a lot too offer

A very nice resort with plenty to do and see. The Only complaint that we had was the uniformity between different staff members on certain restaurant availability times. We just felt that communications between all different levels and departments of employees could be better.

Staff was kind and attentive. The views and the resort were stunning. The property was clean and maintained daily. We had an incredible 4-night stay. The spa was impeccable. My husband and I were there for a wedding and they really know how to throw weddings. The wedding was so perfect and beautiful. Thank you Grand Palladium!
