Friendliest staff I've ever met at a resort! Truly a joy to be around these people. lovely grounds and spectacular beach and casino.

I have NEVER written a review before . I recently stayed at The Royal at Atlantis with my son. I wanted to give a "BIG SHOUT OUT!" to the manager Melissa, at the front desk . I arrived visibly upset because I left my suitcase on a Majestic bus. She went above and beyond to get my suitcase. She assured me she would track it down. She shortly thereafter ran after me as I was going to the elevator to my room with my suitcase in her hand! She was so kind and helpful and I wanted to say how much I appreciated it. This is my third time at the The Royal. I found the grounds and hotel impeccably clean ,pool area was great ,Sea Lion interactive experience was SUPER FUN and the staff everywhere were super nice . Thank you again Atlantis for a GREAT vacation!!!!

Overall a good little trip, would have preferred an all inclusive package with my family of 16, eating in the facility got a little pricey but my Grandkids had a ball in the pools so made up for it. (slightly)

The resort was beautiful, the staff workers was exceptional. They were friendly, Helpful and always polite. The resort is huge and a lot of walking. The prices are overrated, $10 for a carton of water. The buffet was good, just overpriced. I find that the resort did not have enough services for a disabled adult(Too much walking for adults with disability it should’ve been some type transport of services for them)

This is the place where you can find everything you need while on a short vacation. My girlfriends and I wanted to get away so we took the red eye flight Thursday and arrived in Atlantis early Friday which was fine. Our room was not ready and that was okay but we were able to go around the beach and pool after getting our wristbands. Ate buffet at Poisadon. The waitress and waiters could've moved quickly during service hours but not sure if that's their nature. Good selection of food . We tried 3 restaurants for dinner and we loved them.
