    We visited the Westin New York with our two young children. The hotel was clean and the communal areas very modern and sleek. The rooms were small but had enough space for what we needed. Staff were very welcoming, and the gym was well equipped for a jet lagged work out. The cab service from the hotel was very useful and the location is fantastic for Broadway and times square. Lovely hotel.

    Me and my family stayed for 6 days. Really lovely hotel, very clean, very safe and the staff were very helpful. A great central location with only about a 5 minute max walk to Times Square and local subway stations. We stayed in a level 28 room which had an amazing view, i would recommend a higher floor room as i thought it was great. Lots of lifts coming up and down every few seconds and they only took a few seconds to even get to the higher floors. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. The lobby had lots of seating areas and free WiFi. Local to quite a lot of restaurants, i would recommend the Times Eatery just over the road. Overall, a great hotel and i would recommend!

    Was centrally based to get to main attractions. Rooms ok, clean. Beds comfortable. Good size rooms. Little tired in areas. Staff pleasant. Breakfast good. Felt overall was pretty good and value for money

    I have been staying at this property for years . It’s how I achieved my platinum status . The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I have always been given great upgrades when available and because of many frequent stays many staff are familiar faces to me as I to them . The property is in an excellent location . It’s a safe secure environment for solo travelers or families. The hotel is always clean and well presented . I have stayed prob more then 100 nites here and never had an issue with my room , staff , or cleanliness. I’m looking forward to the re opening of this iconic hotel as my visits during the pandemic have been limited and have stayed at another Bonvoy hotel close by . The hotel is great I been staying at , but the Westin is home when I’m not home and In NYC . Stay safe everyone and looking forward to returning to my home away from home .

    Horrible customer service. Refuses to give covid refund.

    Had to cancel my hotel stay at Westin Times Square due to Covid. The hotel continues to give me the run around three months later for a refund which is crazy because I canceled 3 weeks before my stay and had free cancellation. I’m even a Marriott rewards member. I initially called for the refund in March and they said it would take 90 days. Then I waited 90 days and still no refund. So I called again and they said they lost my case file and I’ll have to wait another 90 days until the hotel opens up. It was and continues to be such a big run around. Beware if your booking her. Free cancellation with money back is not what they say it is. Be prepared for a run around. I’m still hoping I get my money back for a service I didn’t even use! I’m sorely disappointed in the Westin. This is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend them at all.
