Second trip to Jewel Paradise Cove. Just as the last time (2 years ago) everything was great! The butlers, Raymond, Krista, and Twain were superb?? Also enjoyed Janice and Teka as they were absolutely amazing bartenders and GREAT to talk with. Lots of fun! Demario, Javonte, and the girl with them from the entertainment department were sooo much fun! They played some great games with us and remembered our names throughout our whole stay. Till next time Jamaican family ??????

Everything was great...food was very good, although we've seen bigger selection at other resorts. Tamale at the smoothy bar was awesome! So kind and makes amazing smoothies. Terri-Ann, Tevin an my morning coffee girl Shyan were all fantastic and made every effort to make our trip fun and relaxing. My only gripe is with the showers....we had an oceanfront room in building 9 and the whole bathroom would flood every time tou take a shower so had to soak up with extra towels....not a deal breaker but annoying. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time with all our new friends at the Jewel Paradise Cove! The resort can use some updating, but the staff are the shining stars. Everybody we encountered was friendly and personable. I would like to thank Janice at the Emerald Lagoon Bar. We survived Janice’s ladder and spent most of our time poolside. The best resort bartender we’ve ever met! Thanks TJ for looking after us until Janice started her shift. Lifeguard Whitney has the best attitude and such a great sense of humour. It was a pleasure to spend time with her whenever she was looking after the pool. Terry-Ann serving the main pool and beach has so much personality and energy it’s contagious. Thanks Merric for the awesome breakfast at the Omelette Station. I would like to let the staff in housekeeping (Sylvia) know how much we appreciated our clean rooms each day. The Jerk hut was amazing and the Silver Bird Steel Orchestra put on a great show. The only con: This resort is approximately an hour from the airport. We used share transportation to get there and it took almost 3 hours. We took private transportation back to the airport and will be doing that the next time we visit.

A very well laid-out and beautiful property. I arrived early and was given a room within 30mins. I loved the food which had veggie options. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Things to do or nothing to do but laze on the lounge chair or in a hammock? Either options are great. I particularly loved the hammock myself. I even sampled their spa and had a soothing massage from Salome, that had me dozing off. Yes, I would definitely go to Jewels Paradise again.
