Alejandro was the best person I’ve ever met in my entire life. He made the trip for me personally. The hotel was terrible in my opinion but he made my last night the best

We normally don’t stay in all inclusive so of course the quality of food and drinks were poor. Location was fit the trip this time. We have stayed at other all inclusive in PV this was the worse. At least it was a decent cab ride to downtown for better food and drink options.

The resort was fine. The food was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the buildings and resort itself are in desperate need of upgrades. If they try to “upgrade” you to an ocean view room, don’t fall for it. These rooms are falling apart, the bathroom is gross. I’m told the other building is much better. The pool area needs repairs as well. They also run a day pass program so anyone (local or other tourists) can come for a day to the pool. This makes it incredibly difficult to get any sort of spot near the pool. There should be designated areas for people paying to stay at the resort so they have first access to the poolside chairs and umbrellas. Also, lots of children at this resort, so if you are hoping for a kid free zone, this isn’t it.

just returned from 14 days at Sunscape with my group of 10 adults, this resort is no 4 star . The overall resort needs a major update (and cleaning) The lounge chairs around the pool area were never washed or cleaned the whole 14 days. The food is a 2 star at best, we ate several meals off site because of the repetitiveness. Breakfast had lots of fresh fruit which was nice, but NO TOASTER ,how can you call this resort a 4 star when they can not afford a toaster??. Found some meal staff very helpful, and then there were the others that just looked away when you were trying to get there attention. My group of 10 would never re-book here .

We have been coming to PV Sunscape 4 times now and still love it!! The location is absolutely perfect.. beautiful beach and close to town! The food is great, the little coco cafe is fantastic and beds are comfortable! We are thinking of having a 50th birthday celebration/vacation there next year also!! Fun place for kids young and old ! The only reason I have a 4 star and not a 5 is because unfortunately our favourite buffet restaurant was under construction when we were there this year ?? but we were lucky enough to get our last breakfast in there as the renovations had completed the night before!!
