The Queen Kapiolani hotel is amazing. The structure, amenities and services are top notch. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with new appliances. The location is very convenient as the hotel is located 1 block away from the beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I felt like their priority was to make my stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. A shout out to Kawai at the bell desk. Always with a smile, he sang us songs with his ukulele and told us the traditional stories from the main landmarks in Oahu. No doubt we had the best time in Waikiki because we made the right hotel choice.

Convenient location with amazing views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Friendly service from the moment you pull up to valet your vehicle... and continues on with the check-in/registration staff. The jr suite was spacious, comfortable and most importantly- very clean. We enjoyed our stay at Queen Kapiolani Hotel and look forward to staying there again soon!

Our friends and I visited this hotel gem this past weekend (April 2024). Clean, spacious, breathtaking view. Ocean side on one window, lawn side on the other. They were able to accommodate our party and keep us near each other. Excellent service!

We stayed for one night, and it was great! We had a partial ocean view room and it was very clean upon arrival. It was very roomy and met all of our needs. Such a good location to stay in Waikiki! Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

Gerald was so amazing. The room was so clean every time we came back from an eventful day, gave us a stress free feeling. Kawai was so kind and friendly, he sang me happy birthday with his ukulele and recommended a few spots near by. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
