This review is a copy & paste of the email I sent them I still haven’t received a response. To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately my experience was not up to the standard I expected, and I would like to bring some of these issues to your attention. Sadly this resort fell far short of our expectations and the experience that promotions convey. Listed below in no particular order are issues that I endured while staying at your resort. -no personal concierge or proper tour of the resort as promised -cleanliness of the room to be subpar especially the bathroom which had hair in the bathtub & shower -no hot water our entire stay we were told they were working on it every time it was brought to the staff attention -trash left on railings outside of several rooms -both me and my son bit into raw chicken at the buffet -room service begging for tips -edge of pools very dangerous hurt my foot -while on property I was RACIALLY profiled and asked my room number several times even with a bright orange room key wristband being visible -my child was bullied at the Nick Kids Club and staff allowed it -was promised a sliming after doing the Karissa’s VIP tour this took 2 hours of our time when my knees started aching because of the stair climbing + heat I told him I didn’t wanna continue then he got really upset and stormed off all that time we wasted could of been spent at the water park that we didn’t get to enjoy -No staff members had information on where to find the professional photos that were taken of my child with the TMNT -booked a room with a pool that had floating bugs all in it -had to call several times for both housekeeping services and replenishments of the fridge -unable to get reservations for a few things we wanted to do on property. Sliming or Turtle Dinner I tried to make reservations prior to check in I was told I couldn’t. Overall it was not a pleasant experience when paying a premium full price at an all inclusive resort. Before leaving the resort I asked if I could speak with management but kept getting the run around. Now Im back in the states and It has been extremely difficult getting in contact with anyone.

I had a wonderful time at the resort with my 4 y old son and 2y old daughter, but I have some complaints to share. I shared it with them at the hotel, and the staff said the hotel will let me know feedback but I never heard back, so I am going to share them now. On Sunday, I stepped on a very sharp object at the Aqua Nick Pool and bled profusely on my right foot - it left a wide and deep gash. The medic had come over to clean it up and made me sign a "refusal of further care". It cut soo deeply that it hurt to walk barefoot. The gash has just started to close today (see IMG 8601) The next day, Monday, I stepped on ANOTHER object, this time on my left foot, which also left a cut. This one while not as deep was also very painful - and did bleed. Now both my feet are hurting. Pictures attached. Lastly, I did not appreciate that the resort closed the property down on our last night Wednesday, for what seemed to be a "hotel event" unrelated for the guests. Had I known, I would not have booked this night, and pulled up a different day. What a waste as there was no place for the children to go after 6pm, and also there was no bar for adults to enjoy except all the way by the beach. Management remains inattentive to customer feedback, so travel with some expectation management and your kids will have a great (and hopefully safe) time!

Horrible Experience! This was our 3rd year visiting DR, previous stays were at Margaritaville which was amazing. This year for my birthday and my daughter’s spring break we decided to try Nickelodeon instead! Worse decision ever! Upon arrival, we were assigned to the incorrect room type, which they insisted it was my selection, and I would have to pay another $500 to upgrade, after paying almost $3,400 for 5 nights. We were finally placed in a plunge suite which was not fit to stay in. The pool was missing tiles from the bottom step, which caused my daughter to injure herself. The bathroom had black mold around the corners of the floor. The A/C never cooled the room! Maintenance was called, he showed up, stated he was going outside to take a look at the unit and he never returned. Two days into our stay we were moved to another room, which was oceanfront with a swim-out pool. Upon arrival, I had to call to have maintenance come fix a broken door handle that would not lock! A/C still wasn't working properly, room overall just ran down. The food was by far the worse I've ever had, drinks were watered down and every other day one of the pools were taped off. The staff overall didn’t make us feel welcomed, most of them seemed as if they hated their jobs. There were no kids activity after kid camp closed unlike Magarotiville. No adult activities either. Upon leaving, I was promised a refund, of the amount I paid for the upgrade. As of today (30 days) later I have not received any thing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We had the most amazing time on our spring break vacation. The amenities were top notch, and the employees were the kindest people we have ever met. A big shout out to Dariel who was our concierge who went above and beyond for us the entire week.

Great service, amazing. Place a lot of fun very good place for kids. Even adult will have fun And our Butler Dariel He was great, amazing service and he was ready for us all the time. I recommend the place for everyone. The get great food great service
