My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and everything was just perfect! Philippe, our butler, really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to celebrate properly. He was always at the ready to help us whenever we needed something! The rest is the staff, including Alexandria at Coco Cafe, and Vanessa on the beach, always ensured our coffees and adult beverages were exactly to our liking! Their smiles and cheerful demeanor really made us smile every time we saw them!! The resort grounds and pools were very well maintained and super clean. We’ll definitely be booking our return trip soon!!

This was our first international trip and first resort experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We felt truly welcomed into their home of the Dominican Republic. We chose an upgraded “Preferred Club” experience and had the most amazing time. The preferred club allowed for exclusive restaurants for breakfast and lunch (helped avoid the crowds at the buffets), exclusive pool and beach areas, and an exclusive lounge with a bar, snacks, and concierge service. We felt like royalty! Secrets Cap Cana set the bar really high for any future travel plans. We will be back as soon as we can!

The resort is one of the very best with an incredible beach and beautiful views. The staff is amazing. A special shout out to our Butler, Miguel. He was attentive, professional and always available. He handled any of our requests without hesitation. Our Sommelier, Santiago was very friendly and helpful for choosing the best wines at a decent cost. Some of our other favorites include Rigoberto - server at Rosewater, Vanessa, Jackson and Robert - servers on the beach, Francy - bartender in the Preferred Club, and Carlito, whom we've had the pleasure of seeing on 4 different trips to the resort. He is now a Concierge. Thank you to all...see you again soon.

In a word...Wow. We had the best time celebrating our anniversary at Secrets Cap Cana. The whole experience did not disappoint in any way. From the greeting in the lobby and meeting our amazing Butler, Carlito, who daily kept us updated and helped to make reservations for 6 all over the property--to the 24/7 coffee shop getting cappaccinos from Alexandra and Luchy, to an amazing room meticulously clean and stocked with whatever we needed overlooking the ocean, to pool events with Smile and Rihanna and Coco Channel, to being at the beach to have a server come frequently checking on whatever needs we may have, to a SPA experience with Lidia and the staff putting us into a totally relaxing mode. It was amazing. Additionally, the food choices were excellent from the buffet where Saidy greeted us by name and other servers in different restaurants were attentive to every detail! Servers like Jesus and Kelly and Ruddy and Jose and Johan--and too many more to mention always made us feel welcome and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction. Natividad at the UVC greeting area also was a pleasure to get to know and made us feel like family. We give Secrets Cap Cana our highest recommendation! Go! You won't regret it!

Excellent 40th Wedding Anniversary holiday. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Special mentions for Saidy, restaurant hostess, Ruth and Esperante, pool maids, and last but not least our Butler Leonardo who even managed to get us a teapot ??
