Elegant and comfortable. The staff really aim to please, especially Maria - in the room dinning! She and the cook for in room dinning went above and beyond to help me with my food allergies. The food in the in room dinning was delicious. The valet and check in staff were also very cheerful and helpful.

The hotel itself is pretty central for a visit to Vancouver. However the noise level heard from the street was poor which affected sleep quality. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, furniture falling apart as husband found handle in hand as he tried to open a door. Bathroom had broken tile and mirror with shower quality poor. Had breakfast at Cafe One, third time whilst given free was terrible. The server was grumpy and brought incorrect drinks and food in dirty cereal bowls. If we come back to Vancouver we would not return to this hotel.

Great location and staff. The rooms have nice views and it's very close to everything. The folks at the bar were fantastic! Friendly, recognized me every time after I stopped by one evening. Even asked if I needed more bottled water as I headed back to my room. Thanks Shane! Will stay again

A fantastic stay! Great location and comfortable rooms! Julian welcomed us at check-in. The lounge was open daily with nice food/snacks. Twinquel was an outstanding hostess and very professional ! Always helpful with a welcoming smile! The bed was very comfortable! We recommend this hotel based on our very positive experience!

My wife had day surgery at St. Paul's hospital. Casper was an awesome help. He arranged for a wheelchair for her through the hotel, came over with me and wheeled her back to our room! He was a great help, especially at 8:30 in the evening. I would highly recommend CASPER and the Sheraton Wall Centre staff for their help and friendliness!
