    Great Melia Visit

    Stay at the special section called The Level. I was perfectly pampered. The 24 hour room service was fast and efficient. Most of all, I liked being served coffee and fresh fruit on the huge patio balcony each morning. The private restaurant was a wonderful, peaceful escape.Each night provided a different, thrilling entertainment. Perfect pool, perfect beach and a perfect staff. The manager and his staff looked after all my needs. They made my visit extra special. Highly recommended!

    This is a great hote to go and spend time with your family , staff is very friendly and overall had a great time , food was great and the pool very clean. Overall a great experience, will recommend to anyone coming to varadero

    We stayed in the hotel for a week and the general experience was amaizing . The rooms are very clean, the beach is extremely beautiful. All the staff is is always willing to help and smiling. Special thanks to Humberto, the gentleman working at the beach are who always took care of us , very hard worker and always checking if we needed anything. Overall, an unforgettable experience ! Thank you very much!!!!

    the service is really good, the hotel need to have maintenance at the hallway that take to the rooms. Inside the room the table has a little damage.the housekeeper bersaida was amazing she made our room pretty nice and clean everything perfect.the food was good In general. the customer services is really good..the recommendation that I sugest .please let the client that coming from USA . THAT THE PAYMENT NEED TO BE DONE AT THE HOTEL.IS VERY INCONVENIOUS DUE THE FACT THAT OUR CARD CAN NO BE USE IN CUBA.

    My sister and I were on vacation in March/2019, however, this was one of the worst experience we have had on any one of our vacations., and we have been traveling for over thirty years. We have been to Cuba many times before just for your lovely beaches, however, this time we were very disappointed. I know no one have control over mother nature but the Melia hotel could have done better for all the money we paid for this hotel. We could not go in the ocean because the water was cold and the waves were treacherous, however, we tried the pool and the water was also cold, and hardly any water in it, so no one could have swam there. The food in the buffet was tasteless so we hardly ate. We tried the Las Brasas Restaurant, however, our sardines weren’t cooked because of several issues with the charcoal. One day we went to the buffet and made an order for lobster only to be told by the manager that it will take over an hour to be prepared. Nowhere on your signs for the lobster order was mentioned that an order has to be done before entering a restaurant or where we can place an order….another disappointment. We have been to the Melia Las Dunas and it was a great holiday. In the bars no one ever heard of specialty coffees eg. Irish Coffee, Mexican Coffee, Jamaican Coffee etc. All these coffees are made with coffee, liquor, cream and a little sugar. The shows were entertaining and so were the zombies. The hotel itself was very clean, however,, the workers were disgruntled and unhappy. Because of all these disappointments, our two families, nine of us, are now going to Jamaica where for sure we know we will enjoy ourselves to the fullest. If we had a better experience at your hotel we would have been back with our families because this is what we do every year.
