    The service is outstanding - unlike any other service we’ve experienced! This is my third time back here. There is no reason to try any other resort. We were asked if we wanted a drink and shots before we even sat down on the beach! The dinner service is great everywhere and love that it’s all sit down a la carte (even not during covid). Mauricio at La Casona Steak house is amazing! I would definitely recommend.

    I have stayed at Villa del Palmar twice; the first time with my wife and then again five months later with the three kids as well. Both trips were all inclusive which I highly recommend. The first trip my wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite in tower tree (south side) and with the kids in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite in tower one (north side). I heard that 2br suites in tower 3 have 2 kings and in tower 1 have 1 king and 2 queens. All suites w/ living room have a Murphy bed where my son slept. He did not want to share a room with his sisters. There are seven going next year so we have reserved the royal 3br oceanfront residence suite. Would live to hear experience of others who have stayed in one of these rooms. What was room number?

    DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY. The reservations group in Las Vegas is full of lies. Jay the supervisor and the sales rep Jennifer. My parents are owners and yet I paid $900 for a season upgrade, and then $1800 for a ocean front unit. This is ON TOP of using my parents week fro exchange. 1. This property for NOT have ocean front units. There are 3 buildings. I paid $3000 and was placed out front near the parking lot and waken by busies every day and night. The property then tells me that the 2nd floor and 6th floor are considered ocean front. My building was at the front of the property at the street. I had to pass 3-4 restaurants and 2 pools before getting to the beach. It’s a disgusting display of the rules in Mexico. 2. The all inclusive was sold that there was alcohol in the room and bottles of alcohol. Instead there were a few cans of soda and cans of beer. Wine could only be ordered by the glass via room service and it was an extremely limited menu for food choice and alcohol. Literally ONLY a handful of options. The restaurants did NOT allow take out back to the room nor room service. So you were forced to eat at the restaurant. Let me tell you, having a toddler I was trapped din the room eating quesadillas every night because he couldn’t be out late. So the parents suffer. 3. The kids club was also closed due to singing so I never had the luxury of doing anything by myself. 4. The kids pool was dirty and several guests ended up getting red spots on our bodies. Later when I got home to the states I found out that my child and I had Pseudomonas / folliculitis from the warm kiddie pool. The main pools weren’t heated and way too cold for the kids. 5. The reservations also precooked a pirate cruise and spa package. I had to cancel spa since o had no one to watch the kid and was NOT refunded. Literally no services rendered and I still paid $400. The pirate cruise wasn’t actually booked as it turns out. I had to go to a travel agency on property and get my reservation rebooked and they had to call Vegas to verify that I had prepaid but our seats were NEVER booked on the day and time of the show that we had in our confirmation from the Hotel. It was basically a prepay vouched good to use to book a seat at the show when we got down there. This was quite literally the WORST place ever. After disputing the charges, the property continued to lie and say that all of these services were rendered. Citibank was a zero help. Formal complaints have been submitted to BBB and consumer affairs as this property shouldn’t be able to get away with this. I’m a business owner and I can’t believe the level of deliberate dissuading, dishonesty and robbery. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY.

    This was a very pleasant stay here very nice views and a very nice hotel. The atmosphere here is very lively with events every afternoon. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend a nice time in Cancun.

    Since we arrive to Villa del Palmar the view was amazing, it is so beautiful, we were shock, the staff friendly and professional, warming and welcoming, the room incredible, so clean and sanitazed, the pools beautiful, on the restaurants the food delicious, everything was incredible super highly recommended
