This is our second time at the Hard Rock in Riviera Maya, and it never disappoints. This trip is for my 94-year-old father, and the beach is perfect for him - nice and calm. I just want to give a special thank you to our two butlers, Vincent and Moises, who were there during our whole stay, making it an unforgettable experience. They did a great job of getting everything we needed for our group of 20 people, making it a great trip. They were able to accommodate all of our last-minute changes in dinner reservations, reserve our lounge chairs and Bali bed each day, and even managed to book some last-minute massages. Thanks you Vincent & Moises at Hard Rock River Maya, you made our trip extremely special and unforgettable.

Myself and three of my friends (one a new friend) stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 4/25-4/30/24. My friend booked the trip in honor of her mom's 80th birthday. It was my first visit to Mexico. From the first day, it was great! Naef and Agustin were very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. Everything requested of them; e.g., making dinner and show reservations, making sure carts picked us up and dropped us off at our various destinations, that our accommodations were to our liking and that our rented cabana(s) were set up under my friend's name and included everything she had requested for our visit. We truly received above and beyond VIP treatment!

We enjoyed a family week at the HRHRM. Our 2 toddlers and family loved the pools and lagoons. I do not understand why guests complain about the lagoons. The lagoons are always low waves and tranquil. You can always swim in the lagoons and enjoy the Gulf. Our food and service was better then expected. If you go, do not miss the Rock Show or Michael Jackson show. The premises were very clean. Our rooms were clean and bright. We had NO complaints. Every day we ate breakfast at the Market. David, Edwin, and Emili provided excellent service. They accommodated our toddlers. Also thank you Yael, Vinz and Moises for providing us with the perfect vacation. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the guest service was amazing and we were greeted warmly. The property was immaculate and there were multiple options for pools, dining, and activities, Awaken Your Senses is a must. MaFer and Paola assisted us with all of our needs and were very cordial, kind, and happy to help. One of the best vacations we have been on!

The food was great and service as well..Luis and Marieni’s service was top notch..I didnt need to ask for water or drink.they kept my glass full and made sure we were well taken care of. The hospitality the team showed was amazing.good job!!!
