Caesars is a huge property. It’s in the heart of the strip. My room was in the Palace tower and had a view over part of the strip. Room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable, large bathroom and huge windows. Room was modern and updated. Something I did not like was there was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, but you had to buy the coffee pods. Had I known, I would’ve brought some from home. Another drawback is the property being so very large. It takes a long time to get from one place to another in the hotel. A huge variety of places to eat. I tried to use the spa, but it was closed early for renovations.

Went for a Bachelor party for my friend and Anisha at the front desk at 1am was amazing and got us a fantastic room with a view because she’s awesome! Thanks for making our experience the best!

The venue is fabulously grand and the best location with great pools and good shops/eateries however we won't be back as they are too tight on the extras that are usually free everywhere else. They expect you to hire the fridges so they are locked up and inaccessible, provided a coffee pod machine but no coffee pods (??) And made us pay $154 to hire a wheelchair for my mum after she had a fall. I've never stayed in a hotel before and had to pay for these sorts of things. If caesars put this right it would be a wonderful experience but the seedy issue of charging for everything reeks of a bottom rung budget organisation. Also perhaps hire a few extra maids as they don't get long enough to properly clean we found the room was dusty and contained previous guests dirty laundry under beds and drawers. We found a dirty sock, a bra and a shirt.

Very clean and nice. Service is great! The rooms are quiet, which I love! Close to everything. The pools are beautiful! My only complaint is that you can’t use the fridge because it is a mini bar. It is very frustrating to not be able to keep your water and soda cold! Less nice hotels all over the world offer a fridge to use.

Poore rating because we were overcharge for minibar$70, did not use anything from minibar, parking overcharge $40. I am going to make stop payments on my credit card. Always check your charges. Otherwise like the room and the vibe of yhis hotel.
