This is a really nice resort but really big. Only issues I had was with rooms AC not functioning properly and the musty smells. I was able to switch rooms however the fan in my room made a nice so it was hard to sleep at night. The beds are not really comfortable. But overall it was maintained well. The railings on the second floor were wobbly and needed to be repaired in villa 69. The trains or trolly service don't run as often as needed especially after shows. The last day the plumbing broke so I had to use the lobby shower which only had cold water. The food is okay but not that great sometimes the fruit would be overly riped and the food at the buffets were hit or miss. The a la carts where good though so make sure to book those early on the app that they have. I wish there was more introduction on the app and pick up times. Been a while since I travelled so I was thinking they would have a meeting the next day about services etc but I guess this is the modernization of digital utilization which is good.

The best resort ever. Super good with kids and there is a lot of restaurant. The beach is AMAZING and has a lot of bench. With the best entertainment team and a special shoutout to scooby doo he is super nice. Good service in the restaurant from Domingo he is super kind and attentionate

I am here right now. This place is absolutely horrible. The food is disguisting. Not even the coffee is good. The room stinks. Someone robbed our room keys from our stroller. Its literally a nightmare im praying I can find a way to get my money back and leave. Dont even feel safe. Last night someone was trying to get my husbands debit card and social security -# to book Bingo. Literally tried scamming us. I am so upset. I thought i researched a good resort. Please save urself do not book here

As somebody here said before the real thing is nothing like the pictures. Room was not the cleanest same as the bathroom. The stuff is unprofessional, they mostly don’t care and are very slow at their work. There is supposedly a lot of food but most of it is disgusting and not fresh. Same thing with restaurants. They literally have like 5 dishes on the menu and mostly we were waiting more than an hour for our order which is absolutely insane! And even the food at the restaurants are not so good. I haven’t eaten anything delicious then and hardly ever sth was good. Not recommend! Absolute waste of money.

My first time out of the country and I entered my room the first night to flooding a musty smell and cockroaches - more roaches the second day - needed fumigation so I couldn’t use my room for a few hours - tv was not working for 4 days - lock on door broken no working iron or blow dryer fridge was stocked with expired chocolate bars these are a few of the issues I had.
