Alexander and Felix were GREAT bartenders at the lobby bar. 10/10 recommend?? will definitely come again to visit them.

Everything was great during our stay. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Carlos Abarca and Alfredo Lopez service in the Albatros restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. They knew us by name and treated us as family. David the manager extended his hospitality as well. Everyone that we dealt with was great. We are definitely coming back and look forward to making Occidental Costa Cancún our regular vacation spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The albatros was fantastic! Alfredo, Carlos, and Alyn provided wonderful service and were so friendly! The manager David went out of his way to ensure a great experience. JJ and Gisele were so fun and kept everyday interesting! Would definitely recommend a visit!

It was a great trip! The resort was clean, the rooms were great, the drinks were amazing. All the staff were super friendly: David the manager was amazing, Giselle was great with activities, and Alfredo and JJ were so sweet. My friends and I all had a great time, and it was nice that we got adjoining rooms. Would go back!

had a great time!! David the manager, giselle the entertainment staff, jj, alfredo, carlos, and alyn specifically went out of their way to give us a great time (would just come back to hang out with them!! absolutely would make the trip again.
