Clean, stroller friendly, many pools, beach is awesome, waterpark, aquarium , cool restaurants (more local would be good) and super friendly staff. We were a family of four - 2 boys and we had a blast.

the staff are very lovely however the rooms are completely not soundproof. my family and i were still trying to sleep at 11 at night and all we can hear is them talking. the aircon is extremely loud and it sound like a snow storm.

Room was dirty upon arrival and safe didn't work which meant we had to walk around the park with valuable the entire time. Guest service wanted to check us out and check into new room the next day at 4 pm which was way to inconvenient. Billing for park was very confusing and didn't make sense. Random charges found that we did not generate.

This was our first time to Atlantis and we stayed at the The Coral in the Govenor's suite. The suite was beautiful with breathtaking views of the property and ocean. The butler staff was attentive, professional, and courteous, helping us with check in, dinner reservations, and seeing to anything we needed. The kids had a blast at the water park and our whole group enjoyed Snorkeling the Ruins of Atlantis as well as swimming with the dolphins. One of the highlights of our trip was fishing and snorkeling with a private charter, First Strike Charters. We caught barracuda and yellowtail snapper as well as saw so many fish snorkeling. We dined at Nobu, Silan, and Seafire Steakhouse, each meal was delicious but pricey (which we expected). We were pleasantly surprised when an Atlantis representative met us at the airport when we were departing to help with baggage check in, boarding passes, etc. Overall our trip was amazing! I Highly recommend Atlantis for a family vacation.

The grounds at the Atlantis are stunning! Lots of marine life, pools, ocean, activities to do. However, we stayed at The Coral at Atlantis and the rooms are average- think Holiday Inn..... not exactly what I was expecting for the price we paid per night!!! Hotel rooms could use a remodel for sure. Everything is expensive as well. Activities, food, drinks...... plan to pay double of what you're used to. Did feel safe at this resort. Lot's of families.
