My overall experience

Restaurant manager Habiba is certainly a reflection on how her staff operates. They all are very cheerful and accommodating great customer service this is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I must say I love it, the restaurant staff they are all friendly and professional the cashier can't remember her name I think it's Andreina Spanish lady with lovely silver hair I do admire her customer service skills one thing I must mention and really admire which really means a lot to me is the great music that plays behind the scenes it's very uplifting at the restaurant. I really applause Habiba it was an unbelievably wonderful experience chatting with her and lately I realize it's cheaper to purchase the breakfast at the front desk not at the restaurant. The overall service was excellent, the environment was superbly clean and fresh. The suite was spacious. I also want to mention the front desk agent who checked me in Arne very customer oriented coming from the hospitality field I know great service and also the night auditor Sunny there were 3 male managers very professional in dealing with guest issues can't recall their names. Again, thanks you all for making this stay with my family a great and memorable time and Habiba needs to be awarded for her exceptional excellence service.

Good experience

Good - waterpark, big rooms, conveniently located, minutes away from Disney theme parks. 30 mins from the Airport. Bad - no breakfast included in the high prices we paid.

Amazing convenience to have the water park ONSITE!

Went in December with another family - 4 adults, 3 kids total (ages 5-9). It was a really really great trip! The hotel had ample parking and accommodated our two families kindly by putting our rooms near each other on the same floor. The water park is such a nice feature since you really should have a day in between park days to give your tired legs a rest. The kids seemed to need a bit of a break too. The water park onsite made the "relax" days in between park days ACTUALLY relaxing. The food poolside was pretty good. Be prepared since the resort does charge extra fee for the water park access. However, for us, it was still cheaper than a lot of other hotels around. The water was cooler in the pool as it was December - still in the 80s but in the shade or in the water, it could get cool. The kids were cold the first day but they discovered the hot tub in the back on the second day at the water park so they were going back and forth between the pool and the hot tub. It is way in the back through a wooden gate. Easy to miss! It only took minutes to get to Disney. Pro tip - if you have young children, be sure to bring YOUR OWN stroller. Yes, you can rent one from the park and our friends did do so but we realized at the end of the very first Disney park night that the most crucial few miles where you absolutely needed the stroller was from the moment you leave the parks doors to the moment you get in your car. Depending on which park, this could mean you have to take a rail/train service or walk through a very very big parking lot. We ended up having the four kids alternate with our stroller because they were so tired at the end of a 12 hour day at the park and the parents were so tired also that they just couldn't hold the kids and walk the last few miles either.. Plus you may have a lot of souvenirs and/or drinks/jackets etc to carry if you have to return your stroller at the park exit. Breakfast is available to purchase but it was very exorbitant. I think it was 33 USD plus per adult. I do believe they said children of certain ages could eat free. But it still meant we were paying close to 70 USD for breakfast just for the two adults. You have to walk out of the resort and walk to a different building which I believe they call a "mall" - there are some shops in there with the restaurant. Depending on where your room is, you may have to drive since it is a very large resort. We were still able to get doordash and grocery deliveries when we were in need of supplies one night! Unless we decide to try an onsite hotel at Disney, we would definitely stay here again! It is much cheaper. Even though the parking at the parks were very expensive. I believe you could have gotten on a shuttle too but in the end, we decided to drive just to eliminate having to wait at the park for the shuttle at the end of the night.
