Loved the Family Karaoke night! Viecka was amazing ??

We had such a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Waterpark celebrating my grandson’s birthday! We had so much fun, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Delaine for decorating our room and making the birthday celebration extra special. It was also so nice speaking with you. We truly appreciate everything and can’t wait to visit again!

Went to trivia with Lange and Viecka. It was a blast. Kid friendly event and they were hilarious. Great time for sure!

Thank you Leena you are amazing! I was not happy about the waterpark being closed and handle my frustration very well you stayed professional, and I appreciate that. I will be back once the slides are open.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I checked in very late after a long flight, and all I wanted was a clean, comfortable room where I could get some rest. Instead, when I entered the room, there were dead mosquitoes on the wall, a spider, and the room was dusty and dirty. When security came to inspect the room, they said, “Welcome to Florida,” which felt extremely disrespectful and humiliating given the situation. We asked the staff to replace our room, but the doors were locked without us being informed beforehand. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary running around before we were finally able to speak with someone and arrange a room change. It took four room changes before we finally got a proper room. In every room we were given, the safe was not working. In one of the rooms, there were even clothes belonging to a previous guest still inside, which made us seriously question whether the rooms were being properly cleaned at all. After an already exhausting flight, this was an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.
